Nernier is a small fishing village situated in France by the lake Leman, just 24 kms from Geneva (Switzerland). Our summer house is a 5 minute walk from the village. There is a spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen and all what you need to make your stay comfortable. Two bedrooms each with a small closet, a shower room and a separate toilet. Linen, blankets, pillows and towels are provided. There is a big garden in the front of the property as well as in the back and plenty of outdoor furniture. A BBQ is also available. You can find many sports activities in and around Nernier, such as swimming, sailing, water-skiing, fishing, golf, hiking, horse-back riding, etc., and also cultural (Museums, concerts and festivals in July and August, etc.). The property is gated and safe for small children. In the village you can find a few restaurants, snacks and bars.

In winter, the family resort of HIRMENTAZ is 40 minutes away and AVORIAZ is 1 hour away.

The studio has a bathroom, an arranged kitchen, a warm seating area with its pellet stove as well as a beautiful space for your meals. For sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. the apartment offers you a magnificent view of Lake Geneva as well as the Alps. Possibility to visit the estate.

Very nice 50 m2 2-room ground floor with terrace, bright refurbished, located on Boulevard de la Corniche, 15-min walk to the Thermal Baths or the city center and 20 minutes to the port of Thonon. The apartment consists of a bedroom-suite with 160 cm double bed, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer, separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a comfortable dining area. The living room gives access to the terrace.

The flat is located in the centre of Messery, close to all amenities (pharmacy, bakery, mini-market, post office). Its location is ideal for a holiday between lake and mountains: 850m from Messery beach, 5 minutes by car from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from Thonon-les-Bains, 35 minutes from Geneva, 40 minutes from the nearest ski resort (Les Habères). The 271 bus stop for Geneva is at the foot of the building (35-40 min to Genève Rive).

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.

You have the option to park at the house when you arrive and park 1min walk away
