Monthly Rentals in Nera

I've never found many amenities offered in just one place. Eliana was immediately very available to provide us with a camping bed with everything you need and a high chair with great respect for our one-and-a-half-year-old girl. The house is full of children's games and books that my little girl immediately looted! In the kitchen there is a need for tea/herbal tea and pasta, while the bathroom is full of products for everyone! Eliana also recommended activities and restaurants nearby, a super approved place to stay!

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Beautiful experience, quiet and peaceful villa. We found a cosy and refurbished cottage, clean and tidy and with all the comforts you need to feel at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, as well as the bathroom. The pool was wonderful and refreshing, and we spent two afternoons of total relaxation there, surrounded by greenery and far from the chaos of the city. Friendly and helpful hosts for everything.
