Self contained unit, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, full size kitchen with washer and dryer, central heat and air, hi speed internet, 47" flat screen tv with Roku. Weber grill. Great location and a great neighborhood. It's a 4 minute walk to the white sand beach (necessary to cross A1A a 35 mph roadway). Minutes to many fantastic restaurants and entertainment venues. You will be welcomed as a local as soon as you arrive.

This cute space is attached to our home yet has complete privacy. there is one bedroom with one queen size bed The living area has a dual reclining sofa and chair so comfy to watch tv or sit by the fireplace on chilly nights. The main living space also has a table and chairs to enjoy meals or use as workspace. kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker , coffee , microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge. There is a cooktop in the apartment. Great location only 6 blocks from the beach.1

It’s not the ritz, but if you’re looking for a deal without all the hidden fees, this is your spot! Our cleaning fee is only $20 no matter how many nights you stay. Our dog fee is $30 per trip for 1 dog. +10 for each add A 2 night minimum is required for major holiday weekends, TPC, and Florida Georgia weekends.
