Just 2 minutes away is a calm bay for swimming. Paradisos Beach and the lively centre of Neos Marmaras are only an 8-minute walk. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully-equipped, amenities are supplied in the bathroom, and an in-suite washing machine is available.

Βρισκόμαστε 150μέτρα από το κέντρο του Νέου Μαρμαρά και 50 μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που σας παρέχει πρόσβαση σε souper market, εστιατόρια ,καφέ, μπαρ και χώρους διασκέδασης μόλις 5 λεπτά περπατώντας. The apartment is on the ground floor where there is also a BBQ that everyone can use. It can accommodate until 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed that turns in to a double bed.
