Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Neos Kosmos, Athens

We had an amazing stay in Athens! We had a little trouble getting into the apartment and they came immediately to help us get in! Very responsive anytime we had a question or minor issue! They made this stay so incredible! The place was stunning and we truly wish we had more time here in Athens! They helped with local recommendations and were truly exceptional hosts! Will recommend again and again!

Stayed in Nasos’s lovely apartment for a month Was a great location, close to the metro so could easily travel around Athens The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a pretty little garden which was beautifully lit when the sun went down I would highly recommend it Nasos is a thoughtful and efficient host Thank you!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un super séjour pour notre lune de miel. Le logement est magnifique, fonctionnel, très propre et la communication avec l'hôte est excellente ! Le quartier est animé et il y a plein de petits restaurants aux alentours. Nous recommandons à 100% et reviendrons avec plaisir !

I can’t say enough good things about Harry and his lovely Air BnB. Harry is an excellent host. It’s clear he cares about his guests. He offered to arrange transportation, recommended places to eat, and was quick to communicate with me and make sure I made it to the apartment without any issues. I knew if I needed something, Harry was just a quick text or phone call away. The apartment itself is just gorgeous. When you step outside, you’re already surrounded by so much to do - restaurants, shopping, music, etc. But if you want to stay in, you can have a coffee on the balcony and just enjoy the view of the streets and listen to the lively chatter of Athens. But my favorite part was enjoying a glass of wine (provided by Harry!) on the massive terrace and soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day of exploring . The apartment is a unique combination of cute, cozy, and chic. I wish I could say more, but I’m running out of space. Bottom line: you won’t regret booking here! Thank you Harry

Very impressed with our visit. Beautiful place with a unique high quality style! The bed is very comfortable and supportive. I couldn’t have asked for a better location or place to stay.

Where to start!! This is probably one of the cleanest, nicest Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. We traveled with our 8 month old baby and it is very rare we feel comfortable letting him roll around on the floor outside of ours house but this place was so clean we didn’t bat an eye. The fact there is a private bathroom connected to each room was also a major plus for us traveling with family. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were also welcomed with a few beverage options in the fridge which was nice! Location- PERFECT!! One block away from the Main Street of Plaka where you can eat and shop; plenty of restaurants in the area as well! We were also able to walk to and from the Acropolis with no issue(10 min away). Overall, all of us were pleased with our time here and would come back anytime. Also Alexandros was a delight- greeted us at the house to check us in and gave us the history of the house and a run down of everything we needed to make our stay simple.

Juste exceptionnel Panayiotis a été un hôte comme rarement rencontré durant tous nos voyages. Il est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est parfaitement propre rien à dire. La piscine très bien pour nous rafraîchir les fins d’après midi après nos visites d’Athènes. Panayiotis nous a fait livrer une délicieuse glace le jour de notre départ et il s’est occupé de nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ alors qu’il s’était déjà occupé de notre arrivée. Il m’a conseillé d’utiliser ChatGPT du coup c’est ce que je vais faire désormais. Nous reviendrons à Athènes et c’est sur nous logerons chez Panayiotis dans aucune hésitation. Promis Panayiotis je vais apprendre le grec avec ChatGPT 😏😊 encore mille fois merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un excellent voyage grâce à l’ensemble de vos conseils. À très bientôt.

Kyriakos est un hôte très agréable, à l’écoute et réactif. Il a à cœur de rendre votre séjour le plus plaisant possible et d’améliorer votre expérience. La maison est très grande, accueillante et calme. Située à environ 30 minutes du centre d’Athènes, elle est isolée ce qui permet de ne pas être dérangé par les voisins, pour autant, les taxis trouvent facilement et viennent jusqu’à votre porte. Bien équipée, 6 chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain et toilettes privatives dans chacune d’elle. Des supermarchés à quelques minutes de voiture vous permettent de faire vos courses. Bref, une maison parfaite pour un long week-end à Athènes ou même une semaine de vacances entre amis ou en famille, afin d’avoir un lieu paisible et agréable depuis lequel découvrir la ville et sa région.

Wir waren 4 Tage in Athen, in Stavroulas wunderschöner Villa, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen und zwei mitgereisten Athen Neulingen die Stadt zu zeigen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt an Ausstattung und Komfort keinen Wunsch offen und wir haben besonders die gemütliche Terrasse mit nebengelegenem Pool und den schönen Garten genossen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die historische Innenstadt ( fußläufig ca 20 min von der Metro, die einen in knapp 30 min an den Monastiraki bringt ), einer Fahrt nach Marathon ans Meer oder einer Erkundungstour in nahe Stadtteile wie Maroussi oder Chalandri. Stavroula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, sich regelmäßig versichert, dass es uns gut geht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Villa Hermes-Seaglass house is a great base to explore Athens and surrounds. After braving the crazy driving of Athens center city, navigating the steep drive becomes tolerable and the home, your peaceful refuge! Maybe the best view I have ever had in a home-setting a new bar. Kosta & family are extemely gracious hosts that want you happy, going the extra mile in having assorted drinks ready in fridge to drop off dessert from a nearby bakery that makes the best Luxardo cherry cheesecake etc… We loved the proximity to sights, the killer views, nearby beach, stray preggar cat, the AC’s, provided fan & hospitality!! Would def recommend.

This is the absolute place to be, the house and its amenities are absolutely grandieux; the pool is enormous, the bar is fully equipped even with professional decks and lighting for night parties, the kitchen is amazing, there is different verandas that can be used throughout the day, a Villa with a capital V, and another V for VMF. Also the location is perfect few minutes from the beach and less than a minute drive to the local market and amenities where you can find literally all you need. Stefanos is so helpful and discreet he ll solve any issue and answer every single question. Cant wait to go back

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.

The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
