Holiday houses in Neo Klima

This house is gorgeous! Very private, incredible view and equipped with all you need. We highly recommend it- also with kids! Just a short walk from the village. You need a car to get to the nice beaches and see the whole island!

Wat hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf! Yanna en Vangelis zijn zeer gastvrij en willen graag dat je een fijne tijd hebt. Het appartement is gezellig, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. We voelden ons welkom. Op het ruime balkon konden we genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Het strand, restaurants en een supermarkt waren vlakbij, er gaat een bus en Yanna adviseerde ons bij het huren van een auto. Wij zijn verliefd geworden op Skopelos, waar het nog rustig is en de natuur prachtig. Ik wil zeker nog een keer terug en zal dan graag weer in het appartement van Yanna en Vangelis verblijven!

+Μας υποδέχτηκε η κα Κατερίνα, η οποία ήτανε εξυπηρετικότατη.Μας έδειξε το σπίτι κ μας πρότεινε μέρη για φαγητό. Όταν δυσκολευτήκαμε να ανάψουμε τα ξύλα του τζακιού, τα οποία ήτανε νωπά από την υγρασία κ την βροχή, άμεσα μας έφερε στεγνά κ μας βοήθησε να την ανάψουμε +Το σπίτι ήτανε ζεστό, υπήρχε καλοριφέρ κ κλιματιστικό για θέρμανση(Χρειάζεται να προστεθούν επιπλέον χαλάκια στο σαλόνι κ στην κουζίνα, καθώς μεγάλη επιφάνεια ήτανε ακάλυπτη,οπότε απαγορευτική για παιδιά που παίζουν κάτω) +Το μπαλκόνι είχε θέα την θάλασσα +Το μπάνιο πολύ ωραίο, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο(Ένα κουρτινάκι στο παράθυρο είναι απαραίτητο) +Η κουζίνα σε άριστη κατάσταση(Θα χρειαστεί η προσθήκη μιας τοστιέρας, λίγο λάδι κ αλάτι) +Στην μπαλκονόπορτα του σαλονιού και στο παράθυρο του μπάνιου υπήρχαν αλουμίνια, σε αντίθεση με τα παράθυρα στις κρεβατοκάμαρες που ήταν κλασικά ξύλινα. Ξύλινη και η κυρία είσοδος, η οποία θέλει επιδιόρθωση. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!! Ευχαριστούμε για την διαμονή !!

Beautiful villa with breathtaking views of Skopelos! Manolis and Chris were very kind, always responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. The villa itself was stunning - a serene and quiet place with a private pool that offered the perfect escape. It’s a little uphill on the way to the villa, but it’s walkable, so a car is not really needed unless you have a lot of luggage. All in all an amazing stay with a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

Dimitris was such a helpful host from start to finish! Always quick to respond and provided some useful information about things to do/see whilst on the Island. Unfortunately due to the time or year/season we had some issues with insects around the property. However, Dimitris was quick to respond and organised a solution which fixed the problem. Beautiful villa, beautiful sunsets and surroundings. You feel like you’re in your own little oasis! Could not recommend Dimitris more as a host and would definitely come back to Villa Jasmine. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Lovely clean apartment with everything you need. Paris was waiting for us when we arrived late in the evening and he had made us a lovely hearty meal which was delicious and so welcoming after a long day travelling. Paris is always on hand if needed with a smile and a great sense of humour. We enjoyed a swim at the private beach first thing every morning and then breakfast on the sunny patio overlooking the sea, it really is beautiful place. Our room was cleaned every day, we slept well in the comfy bed and the air conditioning was a blessing at night. I would definitely recommend Paris House and we shall definitely be coming back.

Appartamento bene arredato, pulito e ordinato, luminoso e con grande terrazza . Victoria molto gentile ci ha dato informazioni sull’isola, dalle spiagge ai noleggi auto ai ristoranti

Υπέροχο και πολύ άνετο σπίτι , πολύ φιλόξενος και εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης ο Γιώργος .Μας έδωσε επιπλέον πληροφορίες για ότι χρειαστήκαμε !Σιγουρα θα επιστρέψω κάποια στιγμή στο μέλλον!!
