Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Το διαμέρισμα Helios βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου. Αποτελείται από 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα και έναν ενιαίο χώρο που είναι η κουζίνα και το καθιστικό. Στον χώρο αυτό υπάρχει ένα καναπές που γίνεται κρεβάτι (140εκ Χ 200εκ.) Καθώς επίσης και τραπεζαρία φαγητού.
