Big advantage is the location and Runima was right there when needed. Though the apartment is old, it has everything around it with good greenery. The maintenance was very good. The house was getting cleaned everyday, towels and linens were changed, water was getting replaced everyday, utensils were cleaned and the kitchen has all the basic things needed to make you feel at home. Overall a very good experience and would love to pick them whenever I'm visiting again. Thanks, Runima.

Excellent stay apart from strict non-veg norms. Though she won’t be cross checking by frequent unwanted visits by caretaker, only thing she demands is no non-veg inside home. Caretaker Mr. Murugan is so polite and true professional to his job. Minimal calling and great response whenever we tried contacting. Flexible with check in and check out. Apartment is Well secured in very busy area by professional security guards. Ample Carl parking available within the compound. Reputed paediatricians and doctors available within walkable distance Just 50 mtrs walk from Thirivanmiyur Bus stand. Overall great stay

Jude place is very comfortable for a short/long stay. He is very friendly and always responsive. His place has plenty of free space across the apartment and surrounding neighbourhood. Additionally hassle free parking space outside of the apartment and friendly neighbourhood. Easy to access all the shops from his place. I would highly recommend his place for either short or long term stay. I love to stay back in his place when I visit India again. Thanks for hosting us for a month in your place and we throughly enjoyed the stay at your place.

we came with as a family of 4 with my 3 yr old son... We felt like staying at home ... kitchen was well equipped to cook anything we wish for ....👍 the entire home was very clean and filled with lot of indoor plants ... home was so lively and pleasant... Our host Romica's choice of furniture and lighting for home is so unique and cool... All tourist attractions are near and we can get groceries vegetables and dairy products in walkable distance... Bed and bedsheets were so fresh and had good sleep throughout our stay ... the helping staff in the home was very friendly and made our stay awesome.... om the whole it was really a memorable stay for us here ... will definitely visit again in future.... Felt like home. The house is clean and well maintained. The society and area is also good and lively.

It is extremely accurately described. The place is lovely and free from the city noise. The amenities are exactly as listed. I lived here for 2 months and am extremely glad I chose to live with the family. The host lives with her family downstairs and is always really sweet. The best part is the square footage of the house. The living room, the bed rooms as well as the kitchen and bathroom are quite spacious and soberly decorated. The wifi speed is good and you will always have connectivity in your room. The fridge has a lock that can be used if you are leaving the house open for the maid to come and work. (The fridge overall is not that good -- the freezer does not work the best but you can manage as long as it is not icecream). You will have all utensils. The house has power backup and voltage stabilizers to support Chennai's erratic power supply. The smaller room AC needs to be cleaned (I feel) since the cooling went down significantly over the course of 2 months -- else amazing.

We booked the place to celebrate our son's birthday along with our friends and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house and the pool was kept clean and there was an attendant to help out with the queries. Though I did not meet the caretaker in person but he was responsive and easy to reach out to over phone. The place is easily accessible from the main road.

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.
