Monthly Rentals in Nelson

Andrea’s place was an absolute gem! We were visiting Colgate University, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The home was spotless, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The hosts went above and beyond, providing a generous array of amenities — toiletries, snacks, coffee, water, and more — which were so appreciated after a long day of travel. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and both parking and check-in were seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Ill stay here every time we are in the area. This Airbnb was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The town of Tully was also a nice spot, we felt very safe as opposed to staying in Syracuse. My only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains in the bedrooms but overall this was one of the best we've stayed at.

Lisa's place was beautiful, lots of space and very peaceful. Instructions were very clear; easy entry. The apartment is located just a couple of miles outside the center of Cazenovia, a very charming town.

Our only regret is that we didn’t have longer to enjoy the beautiful and homey apartment and absolutely breathtaking surroundings! John does such a wonderful job making sure the apartment is clean, inviting, and well stocked with everything you might need. We got a great night’s sleep in the very comfortable beds. On top of all of that, he is warm and friendly and it’s very apparent he loves being a host. Thank you, John!! We hope to have the opportunity to stay again, only for more than a quick visit next time!
