Amazing spot, secluded and just what you need to have a relaxing vacation and feel safe. The hosts are very responsive and our chef Michele we had requested for dinner one day … was absolutely FANTASTIC- food and company ❤️ Will be staying here again 100%! Thank you!!

Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

Awesome location familiar love the property

Great place! This is my second time staying at this location and it was just as great as the first time! Philip is always great and accommodating! I also left my credit card there by accident and the cleaning crew/ Phillip were very honest and let me know I left it . I asked them to cut it up and throw it away and they did just that! I highly recommend staying here as I’m sure I’ll be back again!

It was an absolutely beautiful home, exceeded my expectations! Very clean and great amenities. Nicolette was very responsive and accommodating. It was a very nice and safe community. The people I met at the clubhouse made me feel right at home. If you want to stay in a home away from home, stay here. Way better than any hotel or resort in the area, in my opinion.

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect place for us to unwind and simultaneously entertain our 2 young children. Everyone loved the variety and proximity of Villa Sweet J to the enormous communal swimming pool, as well as to the gorgeous local + neighbouring bay. The villa has everything you need to cook good food (e.g. pots & pans, appliances, utensils etc.), but you might be tempted to take Selina up on her offer to prepare lovely Jamaican food for you. Such a treat. The bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds and near-blackout curtains, and the temperature throughout the villa was always cooling. Everything was just wonderful, not to mention easy: no problem, mon! On top of the house itself, Jeffrey & Joy have a fantastic network of people in the form of Selina (housekeeper & chef) and Rashawn + Jermaine (drivers) to make your stay extra special. A big THANK YOU to them and hopefully we will lucky enough to stay at Villa Sweet J again.

10/10 would recommend a stay at the Brimhole property. The space was breathtaking and awe inspiring. The onsite site amenities were lovely, pool, caves etc. Jake was kind as was the rest of the staff. We will certainly be back to experience this again!

It was very spacious and clean. The bedrooms were all a nice size as well. The kitchen had brand new appliances and came with lots of dishes /utensils. The space looked like the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home great location central to both mobay and negril

We enjoyed our stay at Steven's Villa . We are a party of four and stayed for two weeks without any issues for space in the villa. Steven was very responsive and accommodated us when we had requests. We highly recommend this rental.

Felt right at home. The space is modern, new and clean. I had a good night sleep and was totally comfy during my entire stay. Would definitely come again and recommend others coming to Negril area.

Beautiful, secluded house in the Coastal hills of the West End. A/C in the room was wonderful after our daily journeys. Junior was super helpful with anything we needed. Know that this property is secluded and there are not that many walkable areas nearby. If you don't have a car, you'll need Junior to take you to get groceries or to visit 7-Mile beach. Make sure to understand his rates before you embark. The kitchen is fully stocked to feed a small army. The Westender Inn is a short 15 minute walk away for breakfast and lunch. Absolutely amazing stay! The views from the back yard are breathtaking. If you need to get away, clear your head, feel close with nature…this is your destination! The house was remarkably clean! All the glass was well maintained, spotless no mildew. The neighborhood was super safe with a great security presence! Neighbors are amazing, we were even ordered food by the clubhouse staff! Omar, which is a neighbor, arranged snorkeling. It was absolutely stunning!!! Beautiful coral reefs with the most bright fish and amazing captain. Small path leading to great shopping on bloody bay beach and cute live music restaurant. Mwaka was super friendly and helpful with all questions. My family and I travel the world a lot and haven’t gone to the same place twice. My kiddos are begging to come back next year!

Our time at the accommodation was wonderful. Everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures, and we immediately felt at home. Shortly after booking, we received a lot of useful information from Santana, both about activities and organizational matters. Santana was also always available during our stay to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our time to the fullest and didn't want to return to Germany. We hope to be able to return soon! A big thank you again to Santana and Mr. Morris! 😊

The gazebo in the backyard overlooking the water really made this place special. Clean house in a great neighborhood with 24hr security. Minutes away from 7-mile beach with lots of restaurant options.

We had a great stay here!! Everything requested was provided. We requested a driver to and from the airport but only ended up using the driver at pickup from the airport ($60USD there and back ) the driver we had was PHENOMENAL prompt, kind, and attentive he took us to a fairly priced market so we could pick up things we wanted (snacks, fruit wine and liquor ) he allowed us to stop and get street food along the way to our place too and recommended clubs we may enjoy The Pier ,2727. Overall great stay and would choose to stay here again. Thank you!!
