Cosy cottage at Kastminnehamn, available for booking all year round and managed by Kvarken Living. Enjoy peace and nature in a secluded setting with your own sandy beach, jetty, pedal boat and rowing boat, as well as excellent fishing opportunities. Perfect for all seasons: summer swimming and boating, spring bird song, autumn walks with berries and mushrooms, and winter cosiness with a fire and the chance to see the Northern Lights. PLEASE NOTE: A beach sauna is included in spring, summer and autumn. During winter (1 December–31 March), the sauna is booked separately for €50, including firewood and water.

You'll be in your own peace, but close to everything when you stay in this atmospheric little house. From the street, there is access through a small terrace into the house. The apartment has a small dining area and kitchen, a bathroom and a separate living room. The bed is a 140 cm wide double bed. In addition, a sofa bed (70/140*200 cm) can be spread out. If requested, a mattress can be arranged for a fifth person. The apartment has underfloor heating and an air heat pump to cool down in the summer heat. The local store is almost around the corner and the market square is about 250 m away.

Finished in 2021, our house is ideal for a quiet, relaxing escape in a natural setting that balances comfort with simplicity. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the archipelago and take in the views of a the harbor and traditional red boathouses.

Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa. Hirsimökki 1982, peruskunnostettu 2011, tupakeittiö lisävuode kahdelle, makuuhuone parivuode, kodinhoitohuone/pukuhuone, puulämmitteinen sauna, suihku saunassa, kaksi lasikuistia ja avokuisti. Keittiössä myös puuhella. Väljät tilat pariskunnalle ja parille lapselle. Kohteessa saatavilla lapsille vielä muutama ylimääräinen lisävuode (ilmapatja) ja levitettävä sohva. Mökissä on ilmalämpöpumppu, jossa myös viilennystoiminto.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Tastula Lake (swimming beach) is about 800 m away and Kaustinen center with services is about 6 km away.

Sigges Inn är ett eget boende på ca 70 m2 bestående av kök, 2 sovrum, samt en utbäddbar soffa för 2 personer, badrum samt vardagsrum. Dessutom så finns en stor terrass (100m2) samt en inglasad terrass (30m2) med utekök att tillgå. Boendet är lämpligt både för ett par eller en familj. Husdjur är också tillåtna. Frukost kan beställas mot skild avgift.
