"Charming studio just 3 blocks from the sea, perfect for couples looking for a relaxing vacation. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a grill to enjoy delicious barbecues, wifi to stay connected, security cameras and a bright shared patio where you can relax and bars to provide peace of mind and security during your stay. We don't have a garage but the cameras do their job."

Spectacular beach house in a gated community

Se llama “La Soñada” porque cuando conocimos el lugar nos pareció un sueño. Es un barrio cerrado , tranquilo de unas 60 casas, con playa, bañeros y servicio de sombrillas, surf, parador, caballos y fútbol. Muy tranquilo y para disfrutar de la naturaleza con mucha privacidad. La casa queda cerca de la entrada , elevada en una colina con vista al campo. Se accede a la playa en auto o caminando 1500 metros

It is easily accessible by Calle 40, recently opened (therefore it is not on Google Maps) and one block from Av 10, one of the main ones, where the shops are located. Also nearby is an area of bars and craft breweries.
