Outside of town surrounded by farm life on a quite path, there is something for everyone, from the outdoor adventurers to those seeking peaceful getaways. Just minutes away from the lake & 11min from town with a scenic drive through forest trees in every direction. 25 min away from River Run ATV Park with plenty of trailer parking. There are hiking & biking trails as well as museums and safaris.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

The “Beach” House backs to 17 acres of secluded forest. Walking trails, creek, yard games, and above ground pool. Friendly chickens and small pups on property. Near the Neches Wildlife Refuge and River Run. Groomed acre of wide open dog/child/adult play and event space. 3 tiny homes on property each with separate patio, deck, fire pit, outdoor grill/dining space. Minimum of 2 parking spots per house with lots of room for adjustments for trailers/trucks/atv’s. Can always book both tiny Houses!

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Visitor’s Paradise- Historic Downtown Loft

Experience the elegance of our historic downtown loft. With beautifully restored and decorated interiors, this relaxing space boasts 12-foot ceilings and a serene atmosphere. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything, making your trip a breeze to plan. Take tranquil early morning strolls through the historic streets as the city sleeps, then return to the loft for a refreshing cup of coffee. Step outside to discover a vibrant array of antique shops, boutiques, bars, and eateries.

After a fun day at Lake Palestine, River Run Mud Park, or Pine Dunes Golf course, kick back, relax and watch the large smart TV. You can cook out on the patio. You are centrally located within 25 minutes or less of Tyler, Jacksonville, Palestine, and Athens. This home is clean, comfortable with complimentary snacks & some toiletries items. Hidden Gem Cottages: Sapphire Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

Lovely Guest House

Our Guest House is recently remodeled and just re-listed on Airbnb. It now has a full kitchen with an oven and induction cooktop, new flooring and other new finishes. Located in the beautiful piney woods of East Texas with breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and valleys. In addition to the Guest House you will enjoy a game room/exercise room and our beautiful grounds with a hammock and children’s playscape. It's the perfect getaway for a group of friends or family.
