Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Cozy attic outbuilding 26 m² in Libourne

Enjoy an attic studio and its exteriors (garden, pool). This one is attached to our house in a quiet area. In town, away from the traffic of the center you will be at the edge of the vineyards of Pomerol, close to Lake Dagueys, its beach and its aquatic center the "Calinésie". A shopping mall is 800 meters away, the train station and the city center are 7 minutes away. Between Fronsac (9 min) and Saint Emilion (12 min) it is the perfect base for any castle visit.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement confortable pour séjours courts ou longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner et massages possibles. The beautiful Girondine is happy to host you in its adjoining gîte (40 m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, its wine activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and provides parking and bicycle shelter.
