perfect holiday location and house. Beach in reach for 5 min by walk. Some parts of the beach has beach bars, other areas are for you to place your own umbrella. PERFECT 😉 the host is great! garden is great !! We can really recommend for others and we would be very happy to stay another time.

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

Prachtige locatie met een bijna prive-strand zodra je de afdaling trotseert Het water kleurt hier net zo als wij alleen nog maar in ‘the Caribbean’ hebben gevonden Appartement is ruim, erg schoon en alles is aanwezig Toilet is aan de kleine kant Host is extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam, als er iets was kwam er snel reactie en een oplossing Appartement ligt aan best drukke doorgaande weg, maar Afytos is aan te lopen Bovendien rijden er taxi’s af en aan ;-) Dit is misschien wel het mooiste plekje op Kassandra

Yiannis, the owner, and his team go above and beyond even before your arrival to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. He is always available during your time there and ready to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself: The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms were spacious and had their own private bathrooms. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing – a large, clean pool, comfortable lounging areas, and a spacious covered area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining. The garden and green areas were also beautifully maintained. You can truly see how much love and effort has been put into this place. We’re already looking forward to our next stay with you!

Балконы заслуживают 5 звезд . Местность очень тихая, красивый пляж и в сентябре был практически безлюден. Nikos спасибо, что приняли нас в своем доме!

Z eno besedo PERFEKCIJA. Še lepše in boljše, kot smo pričakovali. Lokacija je TOP. Čez dan dosti sence. Vstop v vodo čisto super, voda božanska. Zvečer na prečudoviti terasi slišiš samo šumenje valov, ki dobesedno padajo v hišo in prav slišiš tudi kamenčke, kako drug z drugim izmenjujejo svoja mesta. Mir, tišina, stran od vrveža ter vseeno blizu trgovin z živili, gostiln in lokalov. Domačini izredno prijazni. Skratka z eno besedo RAJ. Razgleda s terase na egejsko morje se nismo mogli zadosti nagledati. Odpočili smo si telo in dušo. Naredili smo dolgo pot, ampak se je izplačalo. Vsekakor bomo še prišli....

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing place to stay, this is your place! I and my family were surprised at how beautiful everything was. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and looked after. I could not find anything of fault . Perhaps the beach was not as sandy as it could have been. The water had loads of stones and we avoided it. But that did not take away from the serenity of the place.

Wir haben Irinis Hause in der absoluten Nachsaison im Oktober gebucht. Und das war super, denn wir hatten die tollen Strände für uns alleine. Das Haus und der Pool ist perfekt, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Betten bequem. Unser Highlight, die Katzen der Nachbaren. Das Haus ist umgeben von olivenbäumen. Und morgens kräht der Hahn und der Ziegenhirte läuft am Garten vorbei. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, schon alleine um die vielen Strände zu besuchen. Natürlich waren viele Restaurants und Geschäfte nicht mehr auf. Unser Tipp ist Afitos, wo man noch eine gute Auswahl hat. Hier unbedingt zum Restaurant Mpogiata essen gehen! Am Strand von Pefkohori zwischen Pier und Wassersport Pefkohori war auch noch ein paar Bars offen. Der Whitebeach bei uns im Ort hatte noch Liegen stehen, die wir für 10 Euro nutzen durften. Am dem Strand dort waren wir ebenfalls alleine! In der Nebensaison würden wir zu hundertprozent nochmal wiederkommen.

We have spend one marvelous week in this nice house where the sun kisses its garden every day. The close vicinity to the beach makes you feel part of the nature. It’s especially good for kids, you have peace and privacy. The house is well equipped with all you need for daily routines. And the special added value comes with the owners who live in the next garden. They are extremelly friendly, supportive and you can communicate with them in perfect English. They prepared for us an amazing grilled fish and paputsaki, we felt really like being with old friends. We can highly recommend this so beautiful and romantic place to all of you.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Ο χώρος ήταν άψογος, όπως στις φωτογραφίες, εξοπλισμένος με όλα τα απαραίτητα, καθαρός και φωτεινός. Η παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών με τα πόδια όπως και οτιδήποτε άλλο χρειαστείς. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά διακριτικός και φρόντισε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος για οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη είχαμε, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Не ошибусь если скажу что это одно из лучших локаций в городе. с одной стороны очень близко к центру, но с другой очень тихо. Дом расположен внизу, соответственно не нужно постоянно ходить вверх и вниз. Очень рядом пляж, супермаркет, рестораны. Отдельного внимания заслуживают вид с балкона и жувущий рядом павлин :) Хозяин очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный. Очень рекомендую!

This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.

Alles in allem ist Vasilis Unterkunft ein paradiesisches Plätzchen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit direktem Strandzugang, Liegen , Liegestühle, SUPs. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist traumhaft und war für unsere Kinder der totale Abenteuerplatz. Es gibt tolle Tavernen, die man mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Abends kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse/dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen und anschließend mit dem Wellenrauschen in den Ohren einschlafen. Vasilis ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns bereits vor der Abreise mit Tipps versorgt hat und auch auf Fragen während des Aufenthalts schnell geantwortet hat. Danke Vasilis, wir kommen wieder!

Amazing apartment at a great location. The beach is in 10 meters and everything you need is at walkable distance. The apartment itself is even bigger in person than in the pictures. :) Alex was very kind and responsive!

Відпочивали сімʼєю на початку жовтня! Дуже задоволені перебуванням на віллі! Все чисто, охайно та уютно! Вілла укомплектована всім необхідним для комфортного відпочинку! Все відповідає тому як на фото, навіть краще! Шикарний вид з балкона на море, зелена, охайна територія, комфортні будинок та тераса! Господар завжди у всьому готовий допомогти! Задоволені відпочинком! Всім рекомендую!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage – und doch ist man in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Eine wirklich schöne Kombination aus Ruhe und Nähe zu allem, was man braucht. Dimitri war ein freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er hat schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und war gut erreichbar, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Terrasse – ein schöner Ort, um morgens in Ruhe zu frühstücken oder abends entspannt den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.
