Beachfront holiday rental in Nea Poteidaia

An absolutely amazing location right next to Aristotelous Square. Take a few steps and you are right in the middle of everything. I wish we had stayed longer to really take advantage of it. The apartment itself is very modern and clean, and while it is compact it makes use of the space very well. We would stay again.

Kika and her family were great hostes. They provided the apartment with all you need. Great place for famlies,grocerys and bakery very close by. This area is in general very quite. Kika and her family were very helpfull and friendly. We are very happy that we found that place and we hope to come back another time.

Lovely little villa but not quite as described. Not so much of a beach as just access to water which was still fine but not really what we were expecting. Villa was also a little smaller than the photos seemed to show. Had a lovely time regardless and the host was very friendly and helpful always quick to respond to any questions we had.

The property is part of a small private housing estate which provides a peaceful and a relaxing holiday. It is located right next to a beach with pristine water. In less than 8 min. walking there is a super market, bunch of nice restaurants and a beach bar. The place itself feels way more spacious than in the pics. We appreciated the large veranda and the a/c installed in each of the three rooms! The hosts made us feel as comfortable as possible which is one of our reasons to be impatient to come again next summer. Thank you!

We had a great time staying at Stavros’ place. He was a great host, always accommodating.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Beautiful location with an almost private beach as soon as you conquer the descent The water here is the same colour as we have only found in 'the Caribbean' Apartment is spacious, very clean and everything is present Toilet is on the small side Host is extremely friendly and helpful, if there was anything there was quick response and a solution Apartment is on a busy thoroughfare, but Afytos is within walking distance Moreover, taxis are coming and going ;-) This is perhaps the most beautiful place on Kassandra

We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

He is always available during your time there and ready to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself: The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms were spacious and had their own private bathrooms. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing – a large, clean pool, comfortable lounging areas, and a spacious covered area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining. The garden and green areas were also beautifully maintained. You can truly see how much love and effort has been put into this place. We’re already looking forward to our next stay with you!

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!

I won't be wrong if I say that this is one of the best locations in the city. on the one hand, it's very close to the center, but on the other hand, it's very quiet. The house is located downstairs, so you don't have to go up and down all the time. Very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants. The view from the balcony and the peacock living nearby deserve special attention:) The host is very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!

I stayed with Kostas and Gianna for 11 days. I was alone on vacation for the first time and was a little nervous at first. The nervousness subsided with the first step I took through the entrance gate. Gianna greeted me joyfully and spoiled me with great delicacies throughout the days. Kostas also made me feel welcome at all times and always gave me good tips for activities, beaches or restaurants. I have never experienced hosts who are so involved and also show sincere interest in the guests and include them. I was invited to the barbecue and on the day of departure to a delicious moussaka, which Gianna elaborately prepared. The dog Bianca was another highlight. You can hardly refuse her. And then there's the little baby cat Lisa. She won my heart 🥰 Then the location… It really is a little piece of paradise. Absolutely nothing was missing 🥰 Thanks Kostas & Gian

Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

We were here for the second time - and it was just perfect for a little break. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic - the relaxation starts immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for it. Vassiliki is a wonderful hostess: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

The three of us (3 adults) spent a week in the beautiful beach house. In terms of space, this was ideal for us. The location is absolutely fantastic. Being able to jump straight into the sea in the morning, the sound of the sea in the evening and at night and always the view of the big blue - wonderful! In the house you will find everything you need, the rooms are small but sufficient and everything is very lovingly furnished in a Mediterranean-Scandinavian mix. All rooms have high-quality fly screens. Contact with Petros was uncomplicated and friendly and always quick to respond - that's what you want as a guest. The beach in front of the house has large pebbles: take bathing shoes and the water is crystal clear. After each excursion, we were happy to be back at our quiet, relaxed house. Since it was already quite hot in June, we were the only ones who lacked a nice shady spot around the house. We can definitely recommend the house and will be happy to come back.

The hosts were warm and very friendly! The area is quiet and perfect for relaxing. We would come back any time! P.S. Only the dogs and cats are friendlier than the hosts
