Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Nea Plagia Beach

We arrived at Afytos at 11am and even tho the check in was at 3pm Dina and her daughter let us put our belongings in the room as it was ready already. We had a personal problem and Dina was so kind to help us out and I will always be grateful. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Afytos, just two streets away so it’s perfect and quiet during the night. We loved the flat, spotless clean and Dina was so welcoming we just felt at home, she offered us water and food that was so so good. I definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back again to Kostantina.

Beautiful home, it’s subjective, but tasteful decoration and furniture. Great location, host is awesome too. Would recommend.

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

The house was just what you needed to be close to the sea and the village to be served. The house is beautiful, clean, has a nice yard, quiet and you don't think you're disturbing if you're a lot of people. The host at all in all we needed was willing to help.

It was a great break - great location...in the middle of it and yet quiet. Beach in 2 min. reachable.. Fresh fruit, water in the fridge - homemade oregano, olive oil and ouzo to try was ready.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The host, the location, and the apartment itself were perfect for our weekend. We received local recommendations for restaurants and bars within walking distance, and we enjoyed our time there. The hospitality was excellent, and we highly recommend it. Just be mindful that a car is needed if you want to visit nearby beaches or Thessaloniki.

Good value for money. Great location in Nea Skioni. Very close to restaurants/shops. Free parking just across the road. Good view from the shared balcony. Can be a bit noisy when sleeping - especially at the weekend. Air conditioning was good.

The apartment had everything you need. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and even got 2 large bottles of water. The bed was very cozy and also the mooring in the living room to watch TV, we liked it

Dinos was the perfect host - very responsive, welcoming and unintrusive! The place is comfortable, right by the beach near both a nice beach bar and the free zone. Bedrooms are pleasantly cool in the night and the house is very nice and airy. Completely lived up to our expectations! ☀️

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

We had a very good time at Themis's house. The location is very peaceful. We were greeted by her parents who were very kind and caring. The house is spacious and the outdoor space is comfortable and very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The lady made us a great pita. Positive experience.

The apartment is in a great location in the west part of the city. Very clean, and it has all the amenities you may need. It comes with a parking spot for those who may rent a car. Highly recommended!

The location was very good, ideal for walking around the center of Thessaloniki. Close to the paid parking lot. In general, the residence was sufficient. I recommend it, if I come back I can stay here again

We easily found the location. Vasiliki was very helpful, as she prepared the house for us and we entered earlier than the agreed time because we arrived earlier. The house is very beautiful, comfortable and well-kept. We stayed 8 days and felt at home. We will definitely prefer it again on our next visit to Thessaloniki! Thanks so much for everything!

We had a great stay at Dafnis house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden where we visited turtles was really great. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet out of season. The communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check out allowed us a stress-free departure. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)
