Modern apartment, recently renovated and fully equipped. Huge balcony with excellent views. Quiet, excellent climate (frequent breeze) and unobstructed sunset views. Located in the suburbs of N. Moudania, in Eleonas. 3 minutes by car from the city and from an excellent beach, next to a 5-star hotel. P.S. A vehicle is required for transportation. 200 meters on a gravel road. Possibility of simultaneous rental with an adjacent apartment (6 people).
