Holiday rentals with a patio in Nea Michaniona

Thessaloniki is an amazing city. Among its many assets in the waterfront where everyone is having fun in the evening. This appt is literally 2 mins on foot from all that, but also close enough to the city centre with its magnificent churches and museums. Perfect place, equipped to a ver high standard, for your city break.

Natalija's apartment was very clean, had all the amenities needed even more than we expected, the location is great, the beach and all the restaurants and shops are just around the corner. The communication with Natalija was smooth and easy.

Our stay delighted, very beautiful space , modern just like in the photos, bigger in person , very comfortable , clean and with many amenities! Very quiet neighborhood and good location!!

Elizabeth and her husband were beyond accommodating hosts being airbnb host myself I have to say that this was by far the best experience ever. The pair was so helpful with everything we could possibly need and also with me being driven to hospital🫣🫣🫣 The house was even more beautiful than in the photos with a bonus of cute kittens 🥰🐈

We had a nice stay. The host met us, the day before check-in sent us a lot of information about faster access to the location ,about good restaurants,sights, and beach locations. Our stay was peaceful, the apartment perfectly suited the descriptions and our space was enough for our big company..

The apartment was in a very good location and had a parking space right outside. Christos was friendly and responded promptly. He gave me clear instructions, both before and during my stay.

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Konstantinos was very polite and very helpful. The house is really cozy, exactly as described, very clean and offered everything required for a pleasent stay.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

We had a great time. Fotini was very kind, friendly, welcoming, and present at all times for any help or advice. Everything was perfect! The house although old was spotless and thoughtful. Fully equipped and has everything you need to make your summer vacation. Maybe a storey in the future was a plus. The beach nearby is not very good for swimming but with a car you can visit beautiful beaches in other areas of Chalkidiki. You can combine peace and relaxation (as the house is located in a quiet and family neighborhood) with more cosmopolitan holidays in areas nearby. The communication with the host was impeccable as she responded immediately and was flexible as to check in and check out to make it easier for us. Bravo!

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

We had a pleasant stay, the place is very peaceful and beautiful, with a magnificent sea view. We were a three-minute walk to the beach. There is plenty to eat five minutes from the apartment. We were 30 minutes (Thessaloniki city) from a lovely neighbor who prepared incredibly good Greek specialties for us. I thank Maria. I highly recommend this Airbnb. We were able to see young people playing soccer with large boxes, which was unusual for us but especially funny. It was our very first trip and we would do it again. We'd love to. I thank Mr. Pantelis for his attention, his patience, we were very late he waited for us until our arrival. Don't hesitate, the place is beautiful. It was a pleasant stay in Greece.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. Very pleasant and functional space. Just like in the pictures. All clean and tidy. Centrally located, a few meters from the beach and shops. Elena responds promptly with courtesy and professionalism. Very friendly and helpful made our vacation even more enjoyable. I'm sure we'll be back

I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect – very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore. The highlight was definitely the terrace – the view is absolutely amazing, especially in the morning and evening. The instructions on how to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Also, the host was super flexible with the check-in time, which we really appreciated since we arrived much earlier than expected. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay! The house was cozy and clean, a real paradise in which to relax. The location was perfect for exploring the city and discovering all its secrets. The service was impeccable and the hospitality was top notch. I can only highly recommend this stay to everyone! I will definitely be back!
