Villa Athena is located 120 m from an excellent beach and only 350 m from the center of Nea Kallikratia. The apartment on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen and 2 sofas that are easily converted into double beds. In the bathroom there is a standing hydromassage. There ia a 55'TV in the living room and 32'TV in each one of the bedrooms, all smartv & NETFLIX. The wonderful outdoor space as well as the pool are used only by the tenants of the 2 apartments in the Villa.

Το σαλόνι είναι ευρύχωρο με τηλεόραση 50 ιντσών 4K smart TV και ο καναπές μπορεί να μετατραπεί σε κρεβάτι 2 ατόμων .το σαλόνι έχει τραπεζαρία για 6 άτομα και πλήρη κουζινα . Στο κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι και ντουλάπα καθώς και μπαλκόνι.
