Lovely apartment with garden, very near to the beach. Clean, cozy and cool, with all amenities. The landlord is very helpful, assists in everything. I am very happy with my choice and my stay.

We had a good time.. We were here during Easter.. There were eggs painted left on the table as well as authentic Greek cookies.. It was a very kind gesture from the owner.. The apartment is small and cozy, the terrace is also comfortable for morning coffee.. The building is close to shops and establishments. We felt wonderful and would stay again on our next trip to Kavala. I recommend the place !

We really enjoyed our stay at Nick’s comfortable place

we stayed 8 nights in this apartment and we felt excellent. The position of the apartment complex in front of the beach and the promenade street with shops and taverns is very close. the complex is new, the furniture is of high quality and carefully arranged. The appliances are also of high quality. The pool is 9 meters long, but for a morning workout it is welcome. The pool water was warm and very clean. access with pets is allowed, they have a lawn where they can roam. Although I stayed in the second week of September, I had very good beach weather and warm sea water. We drew a winning card this tourism year! And one more thing for fishermen: excellent fishing spots in the sea and in the Old Port of Limani (about 8km away) and in the Struma River.

Everything was a 10, the host was very welcoming, very clean and equipped as in the description. From the terraces you see the sea and the streets around. Shops are nearby, the beach is 12 minutes, there are other great beaches within a few minutes drive - Amolofoi Beach for example. All was superlative! Thank you!

We gladly returned to the place we fell in love with last year. We will come back every time here, as long as we are in power to do it. The place is perfect for the family, we also had the furry baby with us and that mattered a lot! Zoe is an extremely warm and friendly person, like her parents, whom we had the honor to meet. First of all Lilia is a wonderful host. She helped us in every way. You will have a wonderful house for a holiday. Everything you need is available. We found a surprise bedroom. :) Useful for children and teenagers. You are close to everywhere. You can use your car or use the public transport that passes very close by. You can reach many places by walking. You can walk a little for parking, but the neighbors are very helpful. The house is even more beautiful than the photos. It is spotlessly clean and spacious. Lilia and her friends immediately find a solution to your problem. They did not let us be helpless in a foreign country. I thank them very much. I hope we will be guests again.

Giorgios and his family have created a fantastic place! Litsa and Makis are really nice people, gave us clear instructions and welcomed us warmly, they are really flexible with chek-in and check-out when possible. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, situated in a quiet street and at the same time close to the beach. It has a great sea view from the balcony where we spent our coffee time. Kavala is really close and has a lot to offer for all ages, we were surprised by the atmosphere and will surely come back again. :)

Had a great stay at Linas apartment with my family in Nea Iraklitsa. The apartment was perfect for us and met our expectations. Modern and clean in a quiet area, but also close to the beach, Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala and Nea Peramos. Lina was helpful, friendly and always available and responded quickly if we had any questions and made our stay pleasant. I truly recommend staying there. Thank you for great 10 days :)

Everything was super nice and clean, which, for the very good price, we didn't expect. A lot of small details that also beautify the apartment and the beautiful landscaped yard. Anet and Laura are good, friendly, helpful and smiling housewives. We said it all when we said that we would be happy to return to the same listing again if they were in that part of Greece.

David was a nice host. Her house is located in a cute village close to the center in the lush nature. There were items and kitchen utensils that we would need inside the house. The interior of the house was clean and tidy.

The apartment was a great place to stay in Thassos. It had a small balcony on the first floor, and we could see the sea and Skala Marion beach from there. It was 5 minutes away from the beach by walking. Very close to the KENTRO (center) by walking as well. The host was accommodating from the very beginning. He helped us find the place when we arrived on Thassos Island. He was always reachable when needed. Moreover, the house was cleaned and got properly everyday by the host and his collaborator lady. Highly recommended.

The house is situated really close to the sea. It looks better than in the pictures and has everything you need. I liked that the area was quiet & not crowded but close enough to the beach, shops and the terraces on the sea shore. The bedrooms are comfortable. The terraces/ balconies of the house are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our beach days at Cactus bar sun-lounges ( 20€ for 2 sun-lounges + 1 chair and an umbrella). The Ammolofoi beach is at 5 min by car and it’s simply great: fine sand, lots of cheap renting sun-lounges with parking included, clear blue water, great pomegranate juice. To sum up, it was a great holiday.

The place is very nice, has a green garden with shower and cozy terrace. The accommodation hosts are very nice and want to do good all the time. Even a small farewell gift was still made.
