It was all very well it was quiet , the apartment is on the back side does not see a noisy street,the upper Patisia is a good area and very close to the center. The apartment is right next to the train station and has everything from amenities the location. Cafe, grocery store, caba and a store with an already grocery store, kiosk, and food nearby on foot. The apartment is very decent and clean. I recommend it for a couple comfortably.

Everything was impeccable, The choice is great whether it's for business use (groups) or family.

This is a fantastic Airbnb in Athens, which I will strongly recommend it. The location is superb as it is literally within minutes to the nearest metro station - Victoria. The surroundings are not too busy, but yet have few good local restaurants and a mini market. The responsiveness of the hosts and the protectiveness in helping us to address our queries made the whole extra pleasant. I will definitely give it a 5/5 rating for this stay :)

Very clean apartment, at convenient place for sightseeing, shopping and very close to the Metro station. All necessary were there, as described. Host is very polite, friendly and responded immediately when needed. Again with pleasure!

Great service, nice neighborhood; the house clean, with a great kitchen and many amenities are offered. We were with a baby and it worked great for us. Also the shops next to food, anything. Parking easily, very important!

Alexandros has a beautiful home in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The private patio is peaceful and spacious, perfect for watching the sunset or enjoying an espresso and book in the morning. Highly recommend as it is minutes from the train station!

Mario is a very responsive host whose house is impeccably clean. My family and I loved staying here and we plan to come back soon!

Thank you for making my birthday trip to Athens so memorable! The apartment was really well set up, clean, quiet, and comfy. The aircon was a treat in the summer heat, and the view over the park and Lycabettus Hill was a lovely bonus. Akis was hands down one of the most responsive, friendly, and thoughtful hosts I’ve ever come across. You can really tell he cares about making people feel welcome, and his local restaurant recommendation was absolutely spot on. Where can I even start? Ioannis was absolutely amazing! Helped with everything. Couldn’t ask for a better host! His place is stunning, modern and with a lovely balcony ideal to spend chill evenings at. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Athens because the location is truly great. Two minute walk to Lidl and like two minutes more to get to train station with two lines of trains. There are lovely and affordable restaurants in walkable distance. Truly everything you could ever want out of a AirBnb.

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

Everything about it is excellent We were welcomed and treated like kings. A romantic dinner away from the Athenian crowds and enjoying the jacuzzi while admiring the sunset, then waking up in the morning with the same incredible view of the Acropolis are privileged moments of life that my wife and I will remember for a long time... we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.
