The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . Our small maisonette is located at the beginning of the village after the church of Agios Nikolaos. It is a space made mostly of wood, which makes it warm in winter and cool in summer. Downstairs is the kitchen where you can prepare your coffee and tea (provided free of charge by the accommodation). Upstairs are the two rooms, comfortable to accommodate a family of four.

This cool semi-basement apartment makes the existing air conditioning unnecessary. The ideal starting point to explore the beautiful attractions of Mystras, Monemvasia and Mani. Sofa turning into a bed makes this place suitable for families as well. All necessities (super market, bakery, petrol station) at your doorstep, with Sparti city centre a 10 minute walk.
