Holiday rentals with beach access in Nea Artaki

Leni is met recht een super host. We werden door haar verwelkomt en liet ons het prachtige appartement zien. Er waren diverse etenswaren aanwezig waaronder een geweldige cake. De koelkast was ook gevuld en een flesje wijn als welkomstgeschenk. Zeer welkom na een lange reis. Het appartement is groot schoon en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt voor een luxe verblijf. Het is zeker een aanrader en we komen graag nog eens een keer terug.

Super Unterkunft, zentral gelegen an der Hauptstrasse von Amarynthos. Ideal um Ausflüge in die Region zu unternehmen. Restaurants und Kaffees gleich nebenan. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. zu empfehlen

Argyroula is a lovely host, she was communicating with us at all times. Very kind person and helpful all the time. The apartment is a lovely place, feels like home. Super clean, with all the amenities you need to have a pleasant stay, loads of little things that makes a trip more relaxing: Toiletries, coffee and tea provided, so we didn't have to run to buy anything immediately. Location is amazing, just few steps from the sea side, where you can find lovely restaurants and enjoy the view. We will definitely book it again!!!!

Ανετο ,περιποιημενο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα! Μολις 1 λεπτό από την παραλία της Χαλκίδας! Πολλά μαγαζιά,καφετέριες και εστιατόρια τριγύρω! Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

nous avons profite avec délectation de ce logement, et surtout de son contact avec la nature environnante… la mer toute proche à pied, les pins et la montagne si présente! nous reviendrons certainement merci maria!

We had a great stay, would recommend! The apartement was clean and as described, in a calm area with lots of restaurants and cafes, right by the sea. We loved having breakfast on the balcony with a view on the ocean! Communication with Fonteini was great and they welcomed us warmly when we arrived. Thanks!

A beautiful apartment, with the most amazing views!!! Located walking distance to everything. The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean, with large wardrobes, aircon and all other amenities. It also comprised 2 extra-large balconies. Our hosts were very approachable, helpful & thoughtful (when restocking linen for us they even brought us fresh grapes from their own vine trees and rock melon). I would highly recommend & would rebook when we visit again. Thank you

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend und kompetent reagiert. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön für den bereitstehenden Begrüßungswein und für die selbst eingelegten Oliven.

this place is heaven to wake up every morning to the sounds of birds, to the peaceful amazing view of a wide open sea, sourounded by trees and bushes which goes all the way down to the beach swim in a small sechluded beach with clear water i have not enough words for this amazing place I didn't meet Mania but communication with her was smooth and friendly i wish i had met you as you sound an interesting person to be friend with and hear more about your life thank you so much for everything. the cerenity of your place was very healing and will go with me

Our stay was perfect in every respect! Lia and her husband were very friendly, spoke excellent English, and went out of their way to be helpful. Our flight was delayed and we had difficulty locating the apartment in the dark but they were readily available to give us assistance. The accommodation itself was excellent. It was spacious and had a welcoming feel to it. The decor was nice and had lots of personal touches. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking at home. We appreciated the welcome treats on our arrival and especially loved the tasty home produce we were given during our stay. The village is very peaceful, has couple of small grocery stores, a cafe and a great restaurant all within walking distance. The scenery was wonderful, the rock climbing and cycling were excellent and we enjoyed our trips further afield to the coast and the mountains. Our hosts were fantastic and we will hopefully be back again soon.

We have been staying at AirBnBs for years and years but Villa Calypso has to top them all! I literally could not stop smiling and dancing when we first got there. It is so beautiful and so well kept. The decor is outstanding. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed was there. The outdoor facilities are amazing and the setting is priceless. Sophia and Kostas are first class hosts - so helpful, friendly and responsive. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and make precious memories. We cannot recommend Villa Calypso highly enough. You have to experience it to believe it!

Had an amazing few weeks at Ioannis’s place. Super clean, super comfortable. It’s perfect if you want to get away and relax for a few weeks. The towns nearby aren’t walkable but fine if you have a hire car they’re about a 10 minute drive away, they’ve got great bakeries and food stores for restocking the flat. The closest and best restaurant we had dinner at was “Tavern Bakoutis Nikolaos”. Best meat grilled dinners ever!! (And lots of cats). The pool is bigger than the pictures make it seem and it’s very clean with a pump to filter out leaves etc. Ioannis provides sun loungers which are great on a sunny day. Overall Ioannis is a fantastic host who truly cares about his guests happiness, he brought us fish he and his wife had made for lunch as well as giving us recommendations about areas nearby. Would definitely recommend to someone who wants a quiet place to relax and live the Grecian lifestyle.

Elena and Katerina could not have been kinder and more helpful during our stay, always available if we needed anything. The apartment is spotless and had everything we needed for our holiday Located in the middle of Limni- the bars and restaurants are a short walk away. We walked across the small street to the sea to swim each day and it was incredible to have this literally on our doorstep. The bakery is just next door and super convenient for breakfast. The views from the balcony are amazing and we even saw a pod of dolphins playing in the bay one evening. Elena’s apartment could not have been more perfect for us. We can’t wait to return for a longer stay next year.

Ενα παραδεισος μια ωρα απο την Αθηνα! Μακαρι να μπορουσαμε να πηγαινουμε καθε ΣΚ! Ο οικοδεσπότης και η μητέρα του ήταν φιλικοι και φιλοξενοι, ευχαριστούμε πολυ για ολα!

Πραγματικά ήταν από τις ομορφότερες διαμονές που είχαμε! Πεντακάθαρο σπίτι, φιλικοί και φιλόξενοι οικοδεσπότες. Το σπίτι ήταν ευρύχωρο,με όλες τις ανέσεις και εκτός της υποδοχής από την οικοδέσποινα, μας είχαν και καλούπια παραδοσιακά για πρωινό! Ταβέρνα φοβερή δίπλα από το σπίτι,με επίσης απίστευτες νοστιμιές,αλλά και τιμές και ευγενεστατους ανθρώπους! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι εκπληκτικό, με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, με απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα. Η τοποθεσία είναι φανταστική, στην παραλία πηγαίνεις με τα πόδια σε 3'.Η Ξανθή ήταν εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότρια, είχε φροντίσει να έχουμε ότι μπορεί να χρειαζόμασταν. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα, περάσαμε υπέροχα! Ανυπομονούμε να έρθουμε ξανά!

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, πολύ καθαρό, πολύ κεντρικό με πρόσβαση σε όλα τα κεντρικά μέρη της Χαλκίδας με τα πόδια και πόλη καλή πρόσβαση με αστικές συγκοινωνίες. Πόλη φιλική και ουσιαστική επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Πολύ περιποιημένο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Χαλκίδας,κοιμηθήκαμε άνετα τρεις ενήλικες. Άριστα εξοπλισμένο και με έξτρα παροχές, π.χ υλικά για καφέ-πρωινό. Μπορούσες να κινηθείς εύκολα με τα πόδια στην πόλη, κοντά σε παραλία,καφέ,εστιατόρια,κλπ. Ο Παναγιώτης άριστος οικοδεσπότης, ανταποκρινόταν πάντα άμεσα και έδειξε αληθινό ενδιαφέρον να είναι άνετη η διαμονή μας. Θα το πρότεινα σίγουρα

Mania’s place was exactly as it is shown on the pictures. Amazing location with sea view and 5 mins walking distance from the city centre. It was clean and spacious.

Das war die bisher beste Unterkunft überhaupt. Es hat absolut alles gepasst, toll eingerichtet und an alles gedacht. Alles war sauber und die Küche toll ausgestattet. Es waren auch Lebensmittel, Öl usw. zum Kochen da. Hier merkt man einfach, dass es eine Privatperson mit Herz macht und keine Firma. Danke das wir hier sein durften 😃 Ich würde 6 Sterne geben wenn es möglich wäre ☺️

What a fantastic stay! We were only in town for one night, looking at long term rental properties, and I wish we could have stayed longer! The condo is cozy, spacious, spotlessly clean, inviting, and beautifully situated right on the water. I highly recommend this rental and hope we can visit Chalkida again to stay!

Η Ερρικα ηταν πολυ φιλικη και μας βοηθησε σε οτι χρειαστηκαμε. Το σπιτι ειναι μπροστα στον παραλιακο δρομο/πεζοδρομο οποτε δεν χρειαζεται να κινηθει καποιος με το αυτοκινητο. Θα το συνιστουσα!

Πολύ ευγενική και φιλόξενη οικοδέσποινα. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη με άμεση επικοινωνία και ανταπόκριση. Το σπίτι ήταν σε άριστη κατάσταση με όλες τις παροχές.
