Der Erbauer dieser Villa war in den 60er bis in die 90er Jahre ein äußerst erfolgreicher Großgrundbesitzer, der es bereits damals verstand, weltweit seine landwirtschaftlichen Produkte zu vermarkten. Vi troverete a soli 6 km dalle spiagge di Fiumefreddo, 20 km da Taormina, 20 km dalle Gole dell’Alcantara, 5 km da Linguaglossa dove sono presenti gli impianti sciistici e 40 km da Catania.
