Holiday rentals with breakfast in Naxos

I spent a wonderful month in this location - it's clean and comfortable with good wifi for remote working - perfect for what I was after. Maria is a wonderful host who is always responsive and cleaned the place once a week while leaving me nice things for breakfast! She even gave me a lift to and from Catania (c.10km) with my heavy suitcase. Trecastagni is a pleasant town on the slopes of Etna with accessible supermarkets and other essential shops as well as a some nice bars and restaurants and several churches. This location is better for those with private vehicles as the buses to/from Trecastagni are somewhat unreliable and it is a walk of several miles to the nearest train station (Acireale). However for those with vehicles it offers good access to Etna as well as other attractions in the area such as Catania and Acireale.

We had a great stay in Tina’s place. Tina was always very helpful and very quick to respond to requests. The place is really peaceful and beautiful. To sit outside and listen to nightingales singing, scops owls calling at night and many more birds was fantastic. The only other noise was the bells on the cows as they came past the house to go for a drink. The flowers along the tracks are gorgeous. The place has a fantastic ambience. A wonderful relaxing retreat. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

we had a great time in a beautiful village close to etna. the property is beautiful, and we felt very welcomed by the owner, his cute dog and even 2 horses.

Great place in an excellent neighborhood. Plenty to do, lots of delicious restaurants within walking distance, and close to the train station. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Marielen is a fantastic host and very hospitable.

The Airbnb was great. Sicily was beautiful and the views of Etna were incredible.

The place is exactly as described, everything new and well cared for, snacks and drinks are provided, as well as soaps and soaps. We were made to find a camping bed and high chair as we requested, nothing was really missing. Slightly "outside" the center but we reached everything very comfortably on foot. Directions were quick and accurate. We definitely recommend it.

Highlights • Excellent central location near the fish market, restaurants, and nightlife. • Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartment, very comfortable beds, hot water will run out if you have consecutive showers of three or more. • Livio is an outstanding host who provided helpful recommendations and support throughout the stay. He followed up and checked in regularly to make certain we were comfortable. Considerations • Nightlife noise between 12-4 AM may disturb light sleepers. • Limited bathroom counter space for six guests (manageable but worth noting). • Parking is challenging through out Catania so this was a minor thing considering: a shared, uncovered patio about 800 meters away is available, but it requires precise maneuvering (parking with the back bumper against the wall). A Peugeot 5008 can fit, but a minivan would be too large. Overall Excellent stay. We strongly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The apartment is very big and spacious. Great layout of the rooms. The balconies are a dream. Great host. The place is easy to reach and perfect starting point for great excursions in the area. We will be happy to come back.

Flavio's accommodation was great. Large apartment with all amenities, nice terrace and great privacy. Parking was possible in a closed yard 30m from the apartment. Great and quiet location both to the airport and to the center (20-30min by car). With thanks M+M.

The apartment, or rather a huge apartment, is impressive, clean, tidy, quiet neighborhood and this view from the terrace to the sea and Etna is impressive. A good starting point for visiting Catania and the east coast of Sicily. The only thing missing was a dishwasher in the kitchen, although this in no way affects the positive assessment of the apartment and the host, I recommend it with a clear conscience.

We stayed at the accommodation with three children. Maria provided us with a cot, a high chair and even a pram. We were very impressed with how child-friendly the stay was. Maria also contacted us again to see if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The accommodation itself could not be better located. There is a classy café that is also open very early, a great park with playgrounds is 3 minutes' walk and the old town is also around the corner. We'd come back any time.

“La Casa di Nonna” yields a postcard-perfect view of the seaside harbor in Catania and Mt. Aetna to the northwest. The rooftop deck was perfect for us to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the boatyard and city. Carmelita offers convenient furnishings throughout the rooms. There is easy access to the entry door from street parking. The apartment was perfect size for two couples traveling through this region.

Excellent communication with the host and great accommodation, just as described in the photos. Very kind of you to have the air conditioning on, given the heat!

Pina is hands-down the best host I've ever had on Airbnb. She reminded me of my homestay mom from high school — but with even more style! As a true Taormina celebrity, everyone says hello to her and she knows every corner of this town. From uncovering local history (museums to luxury hotels) to guiding me through the most convenient routes, her expertise made everything effortless. Staying at her place felt like living in an art gallery, wrapped in the warmest family atmosphere I’ve ever experienced.

A friend and I had a really lovely stay at Patrizia’s. The pool was beautiful, and the fresh breakfasts in the morning were lovely. A nice quiet place with great views and about 10mins by car to Taormina

Beautiful experience, impeccable in everything. The B&B is located in a strategic area, a few minutes from the centre. The room is functional, very clean and immersed in a quiet environment, with an unbeatable quality/price ratio. I also loved the breakfast and what can I say about the owners? Lovely! Highly recommended

On the day of our arrival, Chiara asked me to let her know a little earlier the time we would arrive to be there to welcome us. She was very kind, explained what we needed to know and also gave us advice on the various options to reach the centre of Taormina. Both the bathroom and the bedroom are very clean, with air conditioning and a super cute balcony with a wonderful view of Mount Etna! Buffet breakfast, both sweet and savoury, abundant and excellent. We were very satisfied!!!
