Holiday rentals with beach access in Naxos

Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft war Ende Mai etwas überraschend da man durch einen kleinen Bach fahren muss um ans Ende der Straße zu gelangen. Auch die Einfahrt in die kostenlose Tiefgarage ist etwas holprig und es empfiehlt sich das Auto vorher oben bei dem Appartement zu entladen falls es keine hohen Reifen hat. Aber einmal angekommen ist die Unterkunft wirklich tadellos mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Man hört nachts das Meer rauschen und kann bedenkenlos bei offenen Fenster schlafen. Man kommt vom Apartment auch direkt über eine kleine Treppe zum Strand. Die Unterkunft war eine der saubersten die ich bisher erlebt habe. Auch die leider oft vernachlässigte Mokkakanne zum Kaffee kochen war wirklich sauber. Man erreicht alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch kleine Bäckereien und Geschäfte gut zu Fuß. Da man einen kostenfreien Parkplatz nutzen kann sind auch Ausflüge mit dem Auto immer leicht möglich. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Vi fick ett mycket bra mottagande vid incheckning. Under vår vistelse hade vi god kontakt med värden och kunde få tips om lokala sevärdheter och restauranger.

Marco and his parent were the sweetest hosts. We where traveling with our two small children and they where so considerate, finding useful stuff, toys, beach towels, highchair etc. The apartment is even more beautiful in reality. Everyday we woke up to the sunrise. Unfortunately the gas went out, and the dishwasher broke while we were there. Things that sometimes happen. But the way the family helped us and responded so quickly to our needs was amazing. Useful things to know: the public transport with bus is very unpredictable. There is a noisy street right in front of the building, but the sound of the ocean is higher, so you won’t hear it that much. The apartment is located in the best part and more local restaurants are nearby. To walk to the train station from the apartment is very uncomfortable, without sidewalks on some of the road.

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

We had a wonderful stay at Gianluca’s apartment. We were right around the corner from Corso Umberto. It was very quiet inside the apartment at night and even though it was a lively street we slept very well. Gianluca was extremely helpful from getting us a booking at his very busy and amazing restaurant downstairs to arranging tickets to the film festival - he really went above and beyond. The apartment was very clean and we had plenty of space for two adults and our child. The balcony is large with views to die for and having the bus station and cable car very close was an added bonus. If we ever are lucky enough to return to Taormina, we would deciiitely stay again.

Wow, absolutely love Daniela‘s place and the Panoramic Vista of the port, Costello and center of Aci Costello‘s Village is amazing from the huge well equipped Terrace. The penthouse had everything we needed for our stay and more! It’s worth the accent of stairs for a prize view from the terrace. We have found that the best gorgeous penthouse views in Italy and Sicily have stairs and with every effort! Enamored by and loved proximity of restaurants pastry shops, coffee bars, below in the village ! Eden bar pastry shop Gelateria amazing also restaurant PortoNuevo so adjacent. So many great places in the bustling quaint village. Just a 26 minute car trip to Catania to enjoy Local favorites Da Nittos seafood restaurant, Bar Quaranta pastry Gelateria the best local seafood and pastry shop in Catania plus Bar Europa. Taormina and Etna are very close as well for fun filled day trips. Daniela is a standout host and we thoroughly enjoyed our days in this Aci Costello penthouse !

Pietro is a wonderful host! We had the best time and the apartment exceeded our expectations. We traveled with a toddler with multiple food allergies and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook her meals daily. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning! There are lots of little markets within walking distance and Taormina is only 15 min drive from here. Good location with a nice little beach and no crowd. Wish we could have stayed longer, such a beautiful place. Thank you Pietro for everything!

We spend wonderful week at Alfio's place. All good reviews are hundred percent correct. View is amazing! Flat is very clean and cosy. There is air conditioning for every room separately. It's everything what you need and even more. Flat is simple but everything is solid and good quality. The area is great. All aperitivo we had on the terrace was with amazing view, quiet area and we were really satisfied. Hosts are very helpful and were responding to us very fast :) We will go back for sure :) Grazie di cuore :)

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal in diesem schönen Appartement. Wunderbare Terrasse zu jeder Tageszeit, Meer und Strand auf der anderen Straßenseite, Supermarkt und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür. Cristina begrüßte uns trotz der späten Ankunftszeit sehr herzlich mit einer köstlichen Überraschung und hatte auch für die 3 Regentage (Ende Oktober) schöne Ausflugstipps parat. Mille grazie!

Love this place. Superb balcony with great views and lots of space. Comfortable inside. Seconds to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the Funicular up to central Taormina. Host was great and even let us check out late.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Alessandro war sehr kommunikativ, beim Check-in, bei Problemen, beim Transfer unserer Tochter zum Flughafen. Die kleine Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen, ist sie doch gefühlt fast direkt am Meer. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Volker und Iris

spettacolare tutto come in foto e nelle descrizioni, appartamento top dei top non mancava nulla dagli utensili cucina che era fornitissimo a quelli del bagno ,perfino asse da stiro con ferro, tv smart con netflix attivo non è da tutti ,ma la vera chicca di questo appartamento è l'esterno, un terrazzino con tavolo e una piscina privata tutta per te pulitissima, li fuori si respirava aria di pace e relax ,che dire dell'host marco e Mikela persone disponibilissime e simpatici ci hanno messo a nostro agio . Marcellos Unterkunft ist der Wahnsinn! 🙂 er ist die Seele der Unterkunft, die sie zu dem macht, was sie ist. Er ist sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und rücksichtsvoll. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und uns immer perfekt aufgehoben gefühlt. Ab dem vorletzten Tag konnten wir die tolle Plattform für den direkten Zugang zum Meer nutzen. :) Der Zugang zum Meer führt ca 200-250? durch den liebevollen eigenen Garten von Marcello. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz, der durch 2 Tore erreicht werden kann. Alles in der Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt gewesen und es gab sehr viel Details.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Terasse ist ein Traum und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Man hat alles was man braucht.

We had a really lovely stay! The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace – perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening drink. With the private access to the sea and the peaceful outdoor space, the place truly felt like an oasis. One downside was the noisy street, especially during weekend nights – something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to sound. We also really appreciated the free parking on the street – we were always able to find a spot nearby without any trouble. Salvatore was a great host: very friendly and helpful. His local tips were excellent – especially the restaurant recommendations, which were spot on! He also has a dog who is very friendly, though it did bark occasionally. All in all, a great place to stay that we would definitely recommend.

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage , um Taormina, Catania und die Nordost Küste zu erkunden. Õffentliche Bus und Zugverbindungen, sowie Restaurants und Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war sehr freundlich, reaktionsschnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und Taormina sehr genossen.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Logement bien placé, à proximité de Catane, de l'Etna, et à 1h de Taormina. Quartier un peu excentré du centre touristique, mais plusieurs restaurants à proximité à Aci Trezza. Excellentes recommandations de visites et restaurants par nos hôtes. Très bon accueil par Julia, nombreuses recommandations et informations détaillées. Logement un peu exiguë si on imagine y rester à 4, mais idéal pour 2 personnes ! Équipement parfait, avec le nécessaire pour la plage, les parapluies si besoin, etc.

excellent séjour chez Palmira. le logement est propre et fonctionnel avec un magnifique terrasse vue sur mer et l'Etna. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles en 5 minutes de transport à la marina de Riposto

The apartment is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, very contemporary with a balcony overlooking the sea at the front and a view of mount Etna at the back. The town, Stazzo, is a small Sicilian fishing village with few tourists. Although we don’t speak Italian, we were welcomed and found it to be a very friendly neighborhood with neighbours meeting on the seafront, passing the time of day with each other. It was lovely to see. When we were there the beaches were just starting to be converted for the summer season with wooden platforms being installed over the rocks but we were happy to swim and sunbathe on the many flat areas carved out on the rocks. All in all, it was a great base to explore the region, you will need a car but you can park right on front of the house, no problem.
