Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Found this listing last minute, and they were able to adjust to accommodate us. We only stayed for one night, but it was a great having our family visit us there! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive throughout. The spot was exactly as described—clean, and comfortable. Even though it was a short stay, everything we needed was available, from fresh towels to clean linens. The location was convenient, perfect for having our family come over. Really loved the place. The unit was beautiful and smelled nice, and it was very clean even the bathroom. Plus, it came with free parking. I requested a birthday decorations, and the additional payment was very affordable, we really loved the decorations. Overall, our stay was very worth it.

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

We loved our stay in Makati! The unit was very clean, exactly as described with amazing city views. The hosts Brian, Jacqueline and Fely were responsive, made the check in process easy, and super helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home. Raymart was the best host Ive experienced here on Airbnb in terms of helpfulness and responsiveness. It was really appreciated. The apartment is lovely, on the 8th floor with all amenities. I picked here to stay relatively close to family in the Binondo area and to work remotely. the internet was extremely stable, around 100 Mbps download speed, and was exactly what I needed to work my remote IT job for the week there. if anyone needs a good place to remote work from in Manila I would recommend this one.

Very quick to respond and accommodating. location is right next to foot bridge connecting you to trinoma mall. Clean and quiet place. Would recommend
