You have 1 bedroom with a closet, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen next to a living room that leads directly to a nice terrace where you can enjoy a hot tub that has a beautiful view of the Matanzas stream. All the rooms have a view that dominates the Matanzas ravine and the sea in the distance. You can also park your vehicle next to the cabin.

La Casa del Suizo

La Casa del Suizo is located in front of the ocean, within the luxury "Vista al oceano" condominium. This condominium is private, with controlled access. It has a playground, a skateboard ramp, and a bike pump track. The simple house is designed to enjoy the sea and its privileged views. It is the house with the most direct view of the sea. Its name comes from the stunning view of 3 of the main spots in the area: Matanzas, Las Brisas and "Roca Cuadrada". The house is on a surface of 8.744 s.q.m area and located above at 100 meters over the sea level.
