In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

In the guest house of about 30 sqm you live comfortably but more compact. Available: apple TV, Internet, electric car charger. Heating or cooling with an air heat pump. Duvets and pillows for 12 persons. Guests bring own bed linen and towels. Close to a nice swimming spot and about 2 km to a grocery store and bus. In Nävekvarns harbor there is a summer restaurant and food trucks with food and ice cream.

Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Welcome to this picturesque cottage built in the 19th century and renovated in 2018, with it’s old charm well preserved. It's situated just outside of Nävekvarn – a small village in eastern Södermanland. Our location offers a closeness to both the Baltic Sea and forests of Kolmården. The cottage is around 45 m2 large and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room.
