Renovated 50-square-meter apartment on the 1st floor in a small independent house at the back of our garden with no neighbors. We use the ground floor as a garage. On the edge of a non-traffic street, you will be close to the historic center (10 min walk) and access to Puy Mary. Free parking at the top of the street 150 m away, possibility to stop in front of the accommodation to drop off luggage and leave bicycles in our garage. Terrace not accessible except during the Éclat festival week.

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.

It is located 9 minutes by car from Aurillac train station, 34 minutes from Salers, 57 minutes from Puy Mary, 51 minutes from Lioran and 30 minutes from Lac de Saint Étienne Cantales. The accommodation does not have WiFi, however the 4G coverage is good.
