It is a few meters from the beach, a place for family and tranquility, a pleasant place for everyone, especially quiet for children, newly renovated property isolated on a private street, space for 3 or 4 cars, outdoor shower, cable TV, Wi-fi, refrigerator, microwave, 3 double beds plus 3 bunk beds, a special place with guaranteed rest and fun.

A 150 metros da praia, o acesso ao mar é fácil e plano! A casa é simples, com alguns móveis reaproveitados e o básico para uma boa estadia. O interior é quente no verão, mas contém ventiladores portáteis para usar nos ambientes (os ventiladores de teto no momento não estão funcionando) e a varanda recebe uma boa brisa. A ducha externa também ajuda a refrescar! Como é comum no litoral, dependendo da época do ano há pernilongos, por isso convém levar repelentes de tomada ou afins.

A perfect place for those seeking comfort and privacy. Newly built house with integrated environments, a lot of clarity, bringing warmth and sophistication to the guests. Lagoinha beach is ideal for families. Marés calm, straight beach, with no holes and extremely safe. It accommodates people of all ages, children and the elderly! The house is within a private condominium, less than 30m away from the beach, and has 24-hour security! Important read rules below.

Great house with pool Ubatuba!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house contains a large bedroom, spacious kitchen, bathroom and a cozy living room. The outdoor area has a beautiful swimming pool with a waterfall, barbecue area, bathroom and a good space for special moments. It also has a garage for two cars. The house is in the Sertão da Quina neighborhood, a quiet village with many shops around, and beautiful waterfalls, the nearest beach and Maranduba.
