Holiday rentals with beach access in Natividade da Serra

I was delighted, from the moment of booking until the last day always answering questions, giving suggestions and was very flexible at check out, very quiet condominium, with extremely polite and requested employees. Close to market and hospital, very close beaches, easy to reach, a very cozy and welcoming place, we spent 05 incredible days

I had another impeccable stay in this cozy apartment in Praia da Lagoinha. The location is excellent, close to the sea and local shops, and the environment was impeccably clean and well organized. The bed is comfortable, full kitchen, everything is perfect. The host was attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

I really liked it! The beach is across the street, just cross over. The apartment has a private parking space, and it even looks like a little house, as the apartment is on the ground floor and is separated from the building. There are no stairs, so it's safer for the elderly, children or the physically disabled. It has a very nice area with a barbecue, table and chairs. The showers are wonderful. The pots and pans look new. There are many walks nearby. I intend to return for sure. Thanks again to host Cecilia for her proactivity ❤️

We stayed at the Lidiane apt in this 2025 carnival… Two couples… We love… She, a polite and caring mto, answered us quickly and promptly, including in my request for part… The apto was very clean and the kitchen was very complete… We were going to the beach on foot, a walk of about 10 minutes… There is a mto market nearby with warm bread in the morning… It is good to hire a service that fulfills everything that promises… Thank you, Lidiane… see you next time! ♥️

We went with family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, has excellent location within the condominium: near the beach and in front of the market that condominium (which in fact has a fair price). The view from the balcony is to the mountain, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the covered area and the whole check-in process was excellent. I recommend it!

We loved our stay at Hilda’s house, the house has so much charm and character is beautifully situated in the trees. It was perfect with our two young children and we loved falling asleep to the waves and birds. Bonete is such a special place, I hope we return again. We were very happy with home and with Fernando who is super attentive and with Dal who took such good care of us, we paid her part to help us and it was amazing. The house is beautiful, the beach is wonderful and calm, super close to the house. Casa very comfortable and as described. Wonderful pool. We didn't have any problems and have always been very well served. They were great days. Thank you very much!

We had a great weekend at this house, Paulo was always available to answer questions and even made our arrival time more flexible, which was very important due to the long trip. The place was well organized and accommodated 13 adults and 2 children very well, excellent experience on the sand, quiet and safe beach. Good options for tours and places to visit nearby. This is a place we'll definitely be back to.

We were on the carnival holiday. Casa exactly as stated in the photos, very large space, very good location. The host, Dona Lúcia, simply incredible, received us super well, very attentive, gave us tips on the best beaches, it was amazing. Leandro, responded to us in a very agile way in the chat, clear communication, all quiet. We'll be back for sure. When with Ubatuba, I already know where I will host with my family and friends.

The house has very good structure to receive the guests, the items provided such as towels and bed linen all smelling and clean, and the house when we arrived was also clean. The owners are super accessible and requested, all requests and requests have been answered quickly and kindly. Super indico!

The space is even bigger and more beautiful in person, held all 15 family members in comfort, the pool was very clean, as was the whole house. The host is very helpful and is quick to respond to messages.

Our stay in this apartment was simply wonderful! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very beautiful and decorated. We find everything impeccably clean and organized, and the kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. We love the balcony, which had a beautiful view! The location is one of the great highlights! The proximity of the beach made our tours much easier. In addition, we found great markets and restaurants just minutes away. It was very easy to get around the area. Ana was very attentive and we feel very welcome. We definitely intend to return soon to enjoy this amazing space again. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures! The proximity of the beach and the local commerce is a point to highlight. Beach items, including toys, were very useful. A Mariana is very requests and responds quickly. The accommodation instructions are clear and easy. I intend to return soon!

Wonderful accommodation! Mari and Veri were very attentive and polite, everything went perfectly. It was with the homemade that at the entrance asked for the printed form and was very poorly polite, but Mari and Vera confirmed that they did not need to print anything. The township taking away this little detail, perfect place, I highly recommend it.

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.
