Holiday rentals with beach access in Natividade da Serra

The place was as described on the page, the apartment was clean and the check-in and check-out instructions were very clear! The location is very good for the beach!!! Literally in front of the sea, as we see in the photos. Gabriela was always helpful and helped me with any questions I had. Even the electricity went out for a few hours due to the intense rain during my stay and Gabriela immediately opened a protocol to help solve it! My only complaint is that the building where the apartment is located is quite old and a little abandoned, and if there are people in the apartment next door, the balcony is right next to ours, so any noise is heard by the other, but otherwise it was a good stay and Gabriela was a great host.

We had a wonderful experience! The accommodation is exactly as in the photos: clean, well-equipped and very cozy. The location is excellent, close to the beach and in a quiet area, perfect for resting. Juliana was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and give tips about the region.

We spent wonderful days in Rafael's apartment. The location is perfect, the beach beautifully preserved, the apartment strategically located. In our case it was perfect because we could work from home for a few moments while our daughters played in the sand of the beach and we could see them out the window. Rafael was attentive from the first contact, always attentive, kind, asking if we needed anything. The apartment has almost everything except for toilet paper, sheets and towels. Good pots, good cooking equipment and minimalist decoration, super clean and of extreme good taste. I hope one day we can come back.

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

The apartment is comfortable, the air conditioning helps a lot on hot days, it is very good for resting, as there is no noise from the city, it is very close to the beach and 2 restaurants. Because I don't have a 4x4 car, I found the access to be very poor, but I think it's the condominium's fault, the road is very bumpy. I recommend taking repellent, because it is close to the forest and there are a lot of mosquitoes. We liked it and we would definitely come back, because the beach is wonderful, one of the best I've ever been to.

We went with family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, has excellent location within the condominium: near the beach and in front of the market that condominium (which in fact has a fair price). The view from the balcony is to the mountain, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the covered area and the whole check-in process was excellent. I recommend it!

I spent a week at Victor's house and it was perfect. The house is very pleasant with lots of natural light, balcony space with barbecue, hammock, lots of nature. The kitchen is super well equipped and met all my needs. The living room has huge TV and comfortable sofa that were great for watching a movie at the end of the day, the internet worked really well. The bedroom is large, with a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom is also spacious and was spotless. And of course the best part is the red beach that is a few meters away from the house. I loved my stay and hope to come back again and again.

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

I highly recommend it! The Host is really very helpful and cordial. The house is a spectacle of beauty! We took a lot of family photos, the location is great, safe inside a condominium with a concierge, a few steps from the beach. Kitchen with countless utensils to use and Cláudio left us a gift, a wonderful table wine!!! I recommend it.

House much more beautiful than the pictures. All rooms are suites, very comfortable beds. The swimming pool is actually heated, we enjoyed it until the evening, as we went at the end of April and it was already a lower temperature. All the house's faucets and showers are heated. Shuveiros with a lot of pressure. Overall the house is amazing. It was the whole family, the youngest 3 months old and the oldest at 72 years old and all took advantage of it.

The flat is very well equipped and conveniently located. We were able to walk to start trilha das 7 praias. There’s also a small mercado and restaurant nearby. There are so many beaches around there! The view from the flat is amazing. Fernanda was very helpful and kind as well.

My experience with Mariana and Rafael's apartment was excellent, the app doesn't give this option but I would give it 10 stars without a doubt. The description of the apartment is exactly what we found when we arrived. It's a treat for the guests, don't tell if you don't want to lose the magic lol. And I also had the privilege of meeting them in person. We will definitely go back, I highly recommend.

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.
