The sandy beach opens into the evening sun, the lot is sunny all day. Retail has been practiced in the house from 1906 to 1928, and Nahkuri in the village has made the Nastola people's leather outfits. Nearby is Pajulahti Sports Institute with adventure parks and services. The grocery store and bus service to the city is only 600m.

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
