In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Division

Our house is located in Triglav National Park at the edge of a little village on the hillside of Pokljuka plateau, with beautiful views on the Bohinj valley. The house is comfortably equipped in rustic style and offers peaceful accommodation in pure nature. There are many possibilities for pleasant walks around the village. Nearby are many starting points for hikes in the beautiful mountains of Julian Alps. It is also close to turistic centers of Bohinj (10 km) and Bled (25 km).

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

Beautiful and spacious apartment

Elegant apartment consisting of a kitchen equipped with a TV, a large living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a TV, a spacious hallway, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower). The apartment is located in Tarvisio Città (center), a beautiful and quiet location with a shared garden and parking. The ski slopes are a five-minute walk away, close to the bike path, the bus station is a five-minute walk away and the train station (2 km).

Mountains and Lakes

Located a stone's throw from the border with Slovenia and Carinthia, a few kilometers from Tarvisio, two ski areas very close and a stone's throw from the wonderful Lake Raibl and the majestic Mount Mangart. The Raibl mine, the mining museum, and the military history museum of the Great War make the town of Cave del Predil an interesting place from a historical and cultural point of view. Long bike paths and wonderful hiking trails make this place fabulous.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
