Who hasn't dreamt of glitter floors in their home? Well, my husband for one- but I convinced him to give me 400 sq ft to convert into a quirky, colorful, boho paradise. You'll have your own private entry/parking, & no need to worry about sharing space with us. You'll have a new queen sized helix bed, & if you brought friends-they can have the queen sized sofa bed. A kitchenette with retro fridge, microwave & basic utensils should suffice in heating up your yummy Nashville leftovers or take out!

Includes large screened porch, a shared outdoor patio with moss covered bricks/stone walkways and waterfall pond garden complete with koi and goldfish to feed. Pets welcome.

Beautiful in fall, magical in winter! Soothe your soul with an unforgettable escape, surrounded by nature and suspended twenty feet above a babbling brook! Listen to the rushing water and and the bamboo whispering in the breeze, take in a sunset, or wade in the creek below. We hope you’ll enjoy this unique covered bridge conversion, expanding from bank to bank with a 50-foot front deck. Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.

In this lower level unit, adults (please; no children) have exclusive use of the entire 1,100+ sq ft space. A private entry with functional accommodations for those seeking quiet uninterrupted mornings. It’s cozy, yet spacious. LOCATION! WALKABLE! Meet Music Row's Songbird Spot! We are local Nashvillians who for over 35 years have hosted students, artists, musicians and songwriters in our Historic Music Row home, Songbird House. Our upstairs apt, the Songbird Spot, is steps from Belmont University, moments to Vanderbilt, minutes to downtown, 1.5 miles from the convention center and in walking distance to 12 South, Downtown, Edgehill, Hillsboro Village and more, you won't find a better spot in all of Nashville!

East Nashville Cozy Cottage

My place is with in walking distance to many restaurants, Cafe Roze, 5 Daughters Bakery, Ugly Mugs, Two Ten Jack (Ramen & Sushi). Jeni's Ice Cream. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.

Loft Retreat in Nashville's Germantown/Downtown

Just under 600 sq. ft., our keyless entry loft lies over our detached garage. An upper deck, full kitchen, walk-in closet, futon couch/sofa for 3 adults or 2 adults/1 child. A private space behind our home. Just under 2 miles is Downtown while our Sounds Stadium, Bi-Centennial Park and Farmers Market are walkable. Uber/Lyft for$7-12 to Broadway music, 12th South or the Gulch. Ideal for couples, solo or business travelers and families with kids over 5.
