Quiet location as the last house on a cul-de-sac without any traffic. Room for several cars on the garage driveway. Child-friendly garden with large areas fenced by hedges. Terrace with lounge group and dining area that has a sunny position most of the day. Express buses from Hovås Nedre (6 minutes) with several departures per hour to central Gothenburg (20 minutes).

Fishing is allowed with a fishing licence that you can buy at Ifiske. Search for "fiske-ingsjoarna-oxsjon". However, fishing for children up to 14 years old is FREE.
