Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Everything I can do was clean, the kitchen utensils could be selected a little more carefully, we had a very nice, wonderful Ramadan holiday, and the lighting systems were very nice, and all our questions were answered or everything was said to be done for us, if you said the location, everything was available in the center.... The place was very clean and well decorated – you immediately felt at home. Everything was as on the pictures and in a very well maintained condition. The apartment was very well located in the middle of Alsancak, many restaurants and shopping centers, a short distance walking to the sea. Easy to walk to and to park the car. Safe area. I will for sure book it again.

It has a beautiful garden, a patio suitable for barbecuing and a sea view. The view from the balcony upstairs is also beautiful and peaceful. There are two bedrooms upstairs; the fact that the beds were new was a big plus for us. Downstairs, there is a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen, and a toilet. The house is designed in a very stylish and tasteful way in general. The air conditioning on both the upper and lower floors provided great comfort; despite the hot weather, we were never overwhelmed. The sea can be reached by car in a maximum of 10 minutes. Its proximity to Gelinkaya Beach, Mavi Beach, Çeşmealtı Beach and Urla centre is also a great advantage. Everything that may be needed at home has been considered, there is nothing missing – I can even say that there is more. We would like to stay in this beautiful summer house again as soon as possible. We would also like to thank Mr. Haluk and Ms. Yeşim. They were very helpful in every aspect, and they made our holiday even more enjoyable with their smiling faces and interest.

A house with a garden that will not be less comfortable than your home and where you have all your basic needs. The garden is especially suitable for children. The Internet is extremely fast, which is an important plus for those who have to work from home.

Very nice apartment close to the clocktower. It was clean and well equipped. The communication with Murat was easy and he was super friendly. The sleeping rooms do not have windows to the outside but there is air conditioning. I can recommend to stay there.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Görkem for her fast and solution-oriented communication. I stayed at home for a night to escape the city crowd and rest my head alone. It was the same as the photos. It is so nice to be in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood while being so close to the center. The house was very clean. I did not encounter anything that did not work, but if I had, I believe that Ms. Görkem would probably solve it in a short time. The penthouse ambiance, the jacuzzi enjoyment was great. I'm thinking of renting again for the pleasure of the fireplace in the winter season. I really felt like I was at home. Peaceful atmosphere.

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

It’s a lovely, traditional house—wood floors and ceilings that we loved. We walked to see the sights and to restaurants. The place is on a steep hill, so walking back from restaurants there was a workout! We really enjoyed the place though.

It was a really great stay experience! Our host was extremely kind and respectful. The apartment was spotless, everything was ready and complete. The view was incredibly beautiful and the apartment itself was very stylish and impressive. We only stayed for one day, but we liked this short time and enjoyed it. I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent.
