The house was clean and tidy. It was easy to get to. Everything that could be needed in the house was enough. We had a relaxing holiday as a family with 2 children.

It was a great accommodation, there was everything at home, communication was fast, if I were to come again, I would prefer this place again ☺️

If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking about it. We were 9 people, we came from the United States to see İzmir. The location was perfect, and he was extremely responsive , sometimes even less than 5 minutes. He was really helpful and amazing with all our questions and requests. we really enjoyed the space it was just like the pictures. We had fun getting in, like a game, like the movie Saw, looking for keys to open other parts of the house. The parking was a bit difficult but we figured it out, seemed typical for such a busy area. Though it’s something to think about if driving, but not a complaint. Anyways we really loved the house, it was clean and beautiful. We are so grateful for Selim for opening his house to us, Thank you Selim!

Rumeysa is a super host! Super lovely and admirable as well. The house is so tastefully decorated with small details you can spend hours to discover. The house was creating a feeling of being our own home with its colors and layout. Ms. Serap, who contacted us, always acted like a very loving and sincere sister. He offered us conveniences both at our check-in and check-out. He was always open to helping. The furniture in the house was more than enough for us. We so much enjoyed our time. WOWWWWWWW… I absolutely loved this beautiful space! This place is a slice of heaven in Izmir with a wonderful host to match! The view is absolutely amazing and sunset is pristine from there! The place itself is very spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a lovely stay! The air conditioning worked perfectly. Bed and all other interior furniture was very comfortable :) The location is perfect! Close enough the all the main areas and yet out of the crazy bustle and noise. Good options for food, bars, grocery stores and cafes within 5min walking. And public transport (tram and metro) within 6min walking! I absolutely love my stay here and would highly recommend to others!

The place looks exactly the same as the photos. Centrally located. Close to Izban and the ferries. Some amenities were missing, but the place is overal nice!

In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. The location of the house is really great. We stayed with my family for 3 weeks. I don't think there is a more suitable option in Izmir for families with children. Transportation is very easy. There is a metro 50 meters away, Bostanlı is 20 minutes walk away. There is a neighborhood market behind 2 streets on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Very close to all grocery stores. The apartment and garden are also subject to regular cleaning and maintenance. The host is very attentive and meets the needs in a very short time. Thank you so much for everything.

First of all, our host is a really sweet, flexible and helpful person. He responded to all my messages and responded sincerely and sincerely. There were a lot of bakeries and grocery stores on the road with a lot of baking,internet with Netflix. My location was just as good as Fahrettin Altay, the Poligon metro, the Üçkuyular pier and the Istinye park. There were a lot of bakeries and markets on the road. It was a very decent neighborhood for walking. You can stay with confidence and comfort.

The cleanliness of the house and the amenities it offered were quite good; everything we might need during our holiday was available at home. In terms of location, there are many cafes, restaurants and pubs in the vicinity; it is also a great advantage that it is close to the tram stop for those who do not have a vehicle. The only difficulty is that it can be difficult to find a parking space from time to time due to the structure of the area. But other than that, everything was perfect. Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. The neighborhood was very good, quiet, and there were grocery stores nearby. All utensils and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is large, we had no difficulty in finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.
