Our newly renovated condo is located oceanside and is only a short walk to soft, sandy, quiet beaches. This second floor, corner unit overlooks the beautiful gardens, the tranquil Koi pond and resort swimming pool. The private lanai is the perfect setting to relax and listen to the birds sing, the rustling of the Koi pond and take in the magical Maui ocean breeze.

Pamela has been hosting two fully permitted listings for the last 12 years with over 1,500 five star reviews. BUT Kula Jewel, burned to the ground in the Maui wildfires in 2023. We have recently completed building the NEW Jewel, and it is GORGEOUS! We just had our first guests stay, and this was their review: "The Jewel is extraordinary! The views are stunning! We are returning our condo to Airbnb after a year and a half hosting a lovely family who’s home burned down in the Lahaina fire. They have a new permanent home and are doing well so we are happy to have our Airbnb. guests back! This third-floor oceanview condo has a beautifully remodeled and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, marble backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Living room A/C. The bathroom has been remodeled with a granite countertop and walk-in shower.
