The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located accommodation. We are just a few 100 metres from Church Road & The Mission Winery, Taradale shops, supermarkets and some very scenic walks & biking tracks. We have fantastic restaurants nearby and easy access to both Napier City and Hastings. This home is warm and cosy having been recently renovated and is quiet with several area's to hang out and enjoy some Hawkes Bay sun. The beds are comfy and so is the couch!

Nestled high on a hill above Napier, an Art Deco city in Hawkes Bay , lies a bijoux studio, moments from the city. Its snug, and small, but has everything you need plus your own private courtyard.Please take time to look at the photos to avoid disappointment re the size of the studio. A private carport and just a 10 minute walk to the city. Netflix and You tube are available for your down time after a days sightseeing. Private and cosy, with a kiwiana ambiance. More suitable for short stays.

Come and relax in our sparkling clean studio located in the back of our peaceful garden. It is close to the CBD/waterfront - 3 mins by car or flat 20 min walk. Enjoy a private deck, comfy beds (either a king or 2 singles) , 2 lounge chairs, a compact well-equipped kitchen- hot plate, microwave, BBQ (no oven), tables for dining inside and outside, watch a good sized TV, freshen up in our modern bathroom. My house is now available for longer term bookings at discounted rates, suited to contract workers or anybody wanting temporary accommodation while house hunting, etc. This is my beautiful home in the heart of Napier. A 10 minute walk to town and 3 minutes to the beach and the Marine Parade. Three double bedrooms and a lovely private and fully enclosed back garden. Oozing with character and charm, the villa is over 100 years old and has been modernised in all the right ways.

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.

Welcome to sunrise on Churchill Drive. We offer a fully self contained and private apartment set on the ground floor of our home. There are vast views through to the Marine Parade, Te Mata Peak and across the city. Upon arrival you can either check yourself in with a lock box or we are happy to let you in if we are home. A continental breakfast is included in your stay We welcome children and can accommodate for infants and extra bedding.
