Situated on the east side of town, it offers a true escape where one can walk or bike down to Gundlach Bundschu at the end of our street, or soak up the afternoon light from the heated pool, hot tub or a game of bocce.

Named in honor of an Italian immigrant who settled in Napa in the early 1900’s to grow vegetables for his new-found community. Frank Massa built this mediterranean cottage as a wedding gift for his wife-to-be in 1930. The two bedroom, one bathroom cottage is listed on the historic register and fully restored to its original elegance & appointed with original furnishing and fixtures from the 1930's. This is a tranquil retreat in a magnificent setting, surrounded by a creek, and by meadows and woodlands. The back yard is a world all it's own with gardens, hot tub, propane BBQ, and partially enclosed outdoor dining room and sitting area. One dog is considered for a $100.00 fee per stay.
