Property of 11 hectares located 3 minutes from Sautron, 15 minutes from Nantes and 45 minutes from La Baule and its beaches. It consists of 5 bedrooms, living room, dining room, billiards, TV lounge and kitchen. It is equipped with a swimming pool, a tennis court, a pond and is surrounded by woods. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (presence of steps and stairs)

A teepee tent, a kitchen area, a shower and dry toilets are available to you, located about a hundred metres from our house and separated by a large garden and organic orchard. The Erdre and its walks on foot or in a small electric boat (rental possible on sunny days on the Île de Versailles a stone's throw away) You will enjoy the wooden terrace where you can enjoy meals.
