This accommodation has a living room with a BZ for sleeping and kitchen on the ground floor, a private courtyard, a courtyard (bikes, linen...). Upstairs you will find a bedroom (bed 160), the bathroom and toilet. Many walks on the banks of the Loire, flows..., different events and visits are on the agenda.

The accommodation can also be used as a place to work, in a very quiet and green environment (no traffic, residential environment). Wifi available, parking in front of the house, tram stop and shops (around the church) 3 minutes' walk and SNCF train station 15 minutes' walk.

My place, near the Elephant, is close to cultural places, restaurants and family-friendly activities. The apartment is comfortable (62 m²), perfectly equipped, on the 2nd floor with elevator. Secure parking in the basement. Public transport (tram) is a 5-min walk. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
