Holiday rentals with lake access in Nances

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family weekend in this beautiful house. The numerous rooms allow everyone to have their own space. Jo and Anita are very welcoming and accommodating. Once again, thank you for everything. Looking forward to returning to this beautiful house.

We really enjoyed Frédérique and Jacques' cottage. Extremely well equipped, with very nice little details, very clean. Very nice environment around. We also really enjoyed the little welcome basket with some local products. And the hosts, very kind and helpful!! We will come back and recommend it without hesitation!

We were at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The furnishings are very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large umbrella. Everything is just right and we'd love to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

Accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains with a magnificent view of a square with a park and mountains on each side!

Excellent stay, very quiet and relaxing, with a beautiful garden and panoramic. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities, the bedding is very comfortable. The terrace is large and pleasant, equipped with a table and chairs I was able to have lunch outside while enjoying the setting. Muriel is a friendly and discreet host. I would recommend this beautiful home without so much as a second thought.

We stayed one night as a family with our 3-month-old baby. Everything went well, the accommodation is clean and well located. Please note that there is no elevator to access the accommodation if you have a stroller. Our baby suffered from the lack of air conditioning (hot weather that we didn't expect) but fortunately there was a small fan for naps and at night!

The accommodation has everything, which makes life easier for short stays (paper towels, dishwashing liquid, etc.) The accommodation is very well located, right in the city centre, with a view of the lake. access is autonomous. Anne welcomed us very well and her accommodation was superb. Very nice, tidy, functional, the terrace is a real plus and we appreciate the view of the lake. There is a space (garage) and otherwise visitor space. The lake is within walking distance, which is a real plus. Anne was very kind and welcoming. Small cocoon perched in the heart of the village. Ideally located, well equipped and tastefully furnished. Velux windows are a big plus for sleeping under the stars. We had a great time in Savoie!

Laure's apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, cinema, swimming pool, restaurants and small shops, ideal for doing everything on foot once the car is easily parked in front of the residence (many free parking spaces nearby). The apartment is very clean and well arranged and what a view, a real treat for the eyes! Thanks to Laure for her responsiveness and for her very clear instructions.

Warm and cozy accommodation. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the terrace because of the weather but it must be very nice. Very friendly host. We plan to come back. Thank you

Old house, clean and comfortable to live in because it is very well equipped (dishes, grocery store, games/books, freezer, barbecue...). We also really appreciated that towels were provided and beds were made upon arrival! The garden with direct access to the lake via the dock, is a major asset that contributes to the charm of the place. Marion is a considerate, accommodating host, with whom communication was very easy. The check-in and check-out management with Celine took place in a simple and seamless way. A big thank you to both of you! In short, this is a beautiful place to rest, recharge and have a great time with family or a group of friends!

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

Imagine the perfect holiday home by a lake: A place that immediately provides a feeling of well-being – lovingly furnished, with a touch of Mediterranean lightness and warm details that speak of hospitality. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family may need. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water - boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere - we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.

very welcoming accommodation, very well kept, very good bedding, everything is well thought out nothing is left to chance. inside and outside at the top. we spent a weekend with the children and small children (9) to water my retirement. young and old were delighted. I recommend this house for its calm and its location by the water. thank you
