Here you live quiet and undisturbed, but with a short distance to both the city center, Moan and the hiking areas around Eidsbotn. The apartment sleeps four: one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two. Large windows provide good light and nice views, and the atmosphere is warm and homey – both for short and longer stays.

Koselig rorbu ved sjøkanten i Kjærsundet, 5 minutter fra Lauvsnes sentrum hvor man kan tanke opp båten fra brygga og det er dagligvarebutikk like ved. Serveringsstedet Zanzibar Inn ligger også ved bryggekanten. På Lauvsnes finnes også hurtiglader for el-bil. Leiligheten er lys og moderne og fullt utstyrt med oppvaskmaskin, kaffetrakter, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, fryser, hårføner etc. Det er 2 soverom med 2 senger i hvert rom. Moderne bad med dusj og WC. (Access to electric car charger by appointment) Barely 2 km to nearest shop, 3 km to the town centre. Walking distance to Steinkjerhallen/sports facilities and Midjo Golf Course.
