This is a "very old building" that seems to have been built in the early Showa era. It used to be a Dried fish shop. It is a long, deep row house with a very unique construction. The inconvenience of glowing everywhere, such as the dirt room right from the entrance, a small living room, a steep staircase, and a slightly tilted second floor.We have renovated it to make it comfortable while retaining its original character. The location of the inn is right behind Katsuura Mori Street and the shopping district, so it is in a good location.It is a short walk to Katsuura Port, so you can easily go fishing.In the morning, you can buy vegetables and dried food at the morning market, take a break at a famous local coffee shop, visit a nearby temple, or take a bath in Matsunoyu, the oldest public bath in Chiba Prefecture!There are also a variety of nearby izakayas with a reasonable and good atmosphere.Try Katsuura Tantan noodles! Katsuura Chuo Beach is a 7-minute walk away. The nearby supermarket is 4 minutes by car "Bayesia". The nearby convenience store is "7-Eleven" 5 minutes on foot. Katsuura Station is a 9-minute walk. From the window of the room, you can see the large sea, the sun sets in the direction of the islands of Izu, when the book goes down at night, there are fishing fires in the sea, and there are many stars in the sky. Beautiful beach in front of you!There is a town swimming pool right next door.It is OK to expand the vinyl pool in the garden and parking lot!(I did that when I was little!) 10 minutes walk from the station.Both supermarkets and convenience stores are conveniently located a 7-minute walk away. BBQ Grills, tables and chairs are available free of charge.Please provide charcoal, nets, ingredients, and seasonings.BBQ is available until 20:00.Please be considerate of the neighbors. Large screen I installed a 100 inch screen.It also serves as a TV.You can watch Hikari TV and Amazon Prime Video.If you connect the game with HDMI, you can do it with a big screen. Either way, it's on loan! It is a private accommodation, so please enjoy it relaxingly.Because we have renovated a villa before the war, there may be some inconveniences (such as insects and sand).Also, it is not suitable for those who want to have a big noise or party with a large number of people.Thank you for your understanding.
