Complete home in a very safe security estate. Ideal for boaters and outdoor enthusiasts. The house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 mezzanine rooms. It has 2 bathrooms . It a full kitchen and a furnished patio with a built in braai. The house is situated very close to the dam entrance and there is ample parking for boats. Please note that there is an informal settlement close to the estate and a road behind the house that can both be noisy at times. There is Wifi but no television.
