Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nam Dinh

Wish we stayed longer, we loved it here! Beautiful room and a huge, comfy bed. Felt like we were tucked away in a remote cabin, so cute! Delicious free breakfast. And the pool was just what we needed after a long day of exploring. The hosts were so accommodating and such friendly, welcoming people. They were happy to help with any request and gave us some really great local recommendations. Great laundry service. Free bicycles to hire. We hired a scooter for the day with our hosts and it was cheap and such an easy process. Truly a hidden gem! Hopefully we will be back next year!

Couldn’t ask for anything else with the price i paid. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience. Ich liebe es hier. Nach meinen 4 gebuchten Nächten habe ich noch 3 Nächte verlängert. Es sind alle wirklich freundlich, hilfsbereit und um dein Wohlbefinden bemüht. Das Frühstück ist richtig gut, das Bett ist bequem und es gibt täglich neue Handtücher und Wasser! Ich habe bei der Ankunft in Ninh Binh versehentlich die Adresse einer falschen Unterkunft eingegeben und Nach einem Anruf wurde ich innert 5 Minuten mit dem Motorrad abgeholt, Danke!! :) Die Unterkunft wird gut bewirtschaftet, der Pool ist sauber, es gibt Fahrräder und Motorräder zur Miete, Wäscheservice, etc. Alles was man braucht!! Grosse Empfehlung.

We had a great time during our stay at Phi Hung's Unique Homestay. The house is surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and  a vegetables garden. It feels like home and the family were super friendly, funny, very enthusiastic and always made us feel comfortable and welcome. Their English was very limited but we had a lot of fun using Google translate. We had a Vietnamese dinner with the family, 100K vnd pp, which was worth it. The food was delicious and it's like all you can eat. You also can specify your dietary requirements in advance. The breakfast was provided and simple but delicious. Hung, our host, wasn't there but the family welcomed us and you also can communicate with Hung through airbnb and he responded immediately. The room was comfortable and looked new. You can use the family kitchen on the ground floor. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a nice addition.

This place is right in the middle of everything but a 1 min walk down a side street so it is nice and quiet. The family is so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and amazing tub also! I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone to stay.

Ninh's place is really nice and cozy! She was always helpful and eager to help! We had to leave one night earlier and she offered to drive us to the station for free that was really nice 🥰 The internet is good for working too. We were also able to check-in early, which after a long night bus, was highly appreciated 🥺

Pros: 1. we reached early for check-in and the team was very accommodating. Since we were two couples, they helped us with one room to start with. 2. The staff was helpful in booking cabs and communicating for information. 3. They have mopeds available for a decent cost though not in the best of conditions 4. The staff is very friendly and responsive 5. The rooms were clean and justified for the amount paid. 6. The bungalow is close to Tam Coc boating and easier to commute.

Lovely people, nice and clean room and perfect position. The breakfast was also very good, we loved the pancakes!

Un endroit idyllique pour profiter des nombreux sites alentour. La maison d'hôte est au calme, joliment décorée avec une piscine. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Je recommande les petits plats de l'hôte qui est discrète et disponible. Elle m'a permis de passer un très bon moment avec sa famille. De nombreux services sont proposés : location de vélos et scooters, change, massages, réservation de bus, ... On m'a donné un plan et de nombreux conseils pour les visites. Le sourire et la gentillesse des hôtes sont un bonheur. Je recommande cette adorable famille. Je me suis sentie tellement bien que j'ai décidé de prolonger mon séjour. N'hésitez pas une seconde !

This place was comfortable and everyone was extremely friendly. They helped us book a very cool day tour and a taxi to the train station and they didn’t over charge. Totally recommend this place. Five stars!!!

El lugar es demasiado cómodo y facil de encontrar. Me gusto la privacidad y tranquilidad que se sentía en el. El baño y el cuarto muy limpio. Volvería definitivamente!

MEILLEUR AIRBNB que nous avons pu réserver de tout notre voyage en Asie. Nous sommes un groupe de 4 amis et nous avons séjourner dans le Homestay pendant 5-6nuits. Arrivée flexible ! Nous avons pris un bus de nuit et nous sommes arrivés à 5h du matin au Homestay, l’hôte nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire et nous a aidé à monter nos valises. L’hébergement offre également un petit déjeuner gratuit à la carte… un bonheur à chaque réveil. L’hôte met également à disposition des vélos gratuitement pour se balader dans les environnements, qui plus est magnifiques. Enfin, l’hôte a pris le temps de nous présenter les activités de Ninh Bình… Malheureusement la ville a été frappé par le typhon Yagi aux derniers jours de notre séjour… Comme nous étions au dernier étage du Homestay, le bruit pouvait être dérangeante, mais l’hôte et sa famille nous a tout de suite proposé les chambres aux étages d’en dessous. Séjour tout simplement parfait grâce à l’hôte et sa famille.
