Chie was an outstanding host. Her attention to detail and providing much more than your average Airbnb was impressive. Upon arrival, we made the mistake of having no water in the humid heat, but she provided us with water bottles; which saved us until we had the ability to go to the nearby grocery store. She also left personal touches, such as a heartfelt note and little gifts. It made us feel like we were personally welcomed by someone who genuinely cared for us. I would never hesitate to stay in her home, time and time again. She also kindly dropped us off at the local station as we headed out to our next destination. Thank you so much Chie. I was staying with my children, but it was the most comfortable room I've ever stayed in!It was a clean room, and the furniture and lighting were tasteful, so I was able to relax. I was particularly impressed by the king-size low bed.It was spacious enough to turn over, and I felt comfortable sleeping with my small child. I was really grateful that there were so many facilities for children, including high chairs, children's dishes, picture books, toys, and even baby soap.Thanks to Funeko's thoughtful attention, I was able to have a comfortable trip with my child and a lot of luggage. It is close to Gifu Hashima Station, which stops on the Shinkansen. There is also a convenience store and drug store nearby within walking distance. The facilities are new and beautiful, so you can have a good stay. The TV was a projector and Amazon Prime was free. I loved the tatami room and being able to sleep on the futon. If you have a car, not only Gifu Shiga is based here, but also Tsuruga, Hida Takayama, and Nagoya, so it's good. Thank you again. Lay

1, the location is amazing, there is a big supermarket and drug store within 2 minutes walk, you can restock every day 2, there are convenience stores within 5 minutes on foot, breakfast, vegetables, liquor, late night fruits, etc. 3. The bathroom is conveniently separated from the washroom, more people don't snatch the toilet 4. The room is diverse, and there are rooms and general beds for everyone to choose from. 5. There is a kitchen, and the host is very attentive to supply pots and pans and seasonings is really great I would definitely recommend this homestay to visit Nagoya afterwards

We had a great 7 days stay at Mika’s. Her place catered well to our family of four, with 2 young kids. Situated in a quiet residential area, there are 2 convenience stores and a big drug/minimart is within 10 mins walk. Our Toyota Scienta could easily at the driveway. All the amenities that we need was provided for and we were pleased to see a drawer of unbreakable utensils. Even simple things like umbrellas was greatly appreciated as it was the rainy season. We were hoping to pluck some strawberries even though the season was ending. Mika went out of her way to check and advise us on the last few remaining farms. All in all, a super great stay with easy access to Legoland, Mitsui Outlet Mall, Anpanman Park and Tsuiguchi Farm. Thank you Mika!
